Room were small. But just nice for 2.. Staff were wonderful.. Love the swimming pool.. Breakfast was normal.. Walking distance to the free shuttle.. Do take their free guide around their hotel.. Is an eye opener.. Really enjoyed staying here..

Love it cause it is so convenient. Brought the kids to the beach and straight back to the room to shower afterwards. Beach is just right infront of the resort and with having 3 toddlers under 4years old, it is very convenient.

The room was perfect. The only problem we had was the bathroom in which the door you use to close the bathroom, is also the door to close the shower area. And due to lack of platform or maybe proper drainage, the water from the shower always leaks over to the bathroom and makes the whole bathroom wet as a result

The room is leaking. The ventilation in toilet is bad, toilet floor still wet after whole night of ventilation fan is operating. Coffee cups are not cleaned properly, still can see the coffee mark on the cup edge. Toilet floor mat given are full of hair attached to it.

The location was superb. You only need to cross the street to catch the beach, and also at the back there is a bus shuttle stop. The Pool and the surrounding was so nice. The room bit small but I think all the hotels at Singapore has a similar size. But the room also nice ambience. But we are not lucky because infront of my room there was a deck, so I don't have much view. My kid like the pool, it has slide and waterfall.

Towels were very old and almost worn out. Told the staffs about the bath water can't drain due to the stopper stuck in the bath tub. Told them twice but no maintenance done and no update about what is going on? So didn't use the bath tub in the 3 nights stay.

My family had a great fun specially my kids. The place is really nice and relaxing. The pool is really great. Have a warm pool for kids to enjoy swimming even at night. The staffs are friendly. Will definitely come back. A very nice place to have a short staycation.

We got early check in at 12 but we are are given the worst room of all we unable to use our hp in the room when using M1 postline. Toilet is also small not worth the price I am paying. Poor reception too ask us to pay deposit when we are not required to pay as per apps. And the room is without breakfast I with high price. Totally disappointed with the room and stay there! First time and last time to go not worth. Poor service and extremely disappointed. And I unable to sleep during the first night stay! And we did not have voucher for the explore trip. We are not given any voucher! Very poor! We are overcharge for sure! Last time use discovering voucher also not so ex! We are definitely being overcharged! Paying so much for a worst room.
