Bestest hotel stay ever! Beautiful hotel, with helpful gracious staff. Wished me happy birthday upon check in and gave complimentary late check out. Received a yummy cake with handwritten birthday wishes on a scroll. Room was spacious. Bed and pillows were comfy. Loved the rainfall shower. Bidet toilet and the seat was always warm. Pool is on the 30th floor. We went at 12am -pretty night skyline views. Staff sent our grab food order up even tho it was 2am. The Qīn breakfast was delicious! Will definitely stay at The Clan again! Thank you for making my birthday memorable. (:

Great birthday surprise! Was given 12pm early check-in, 4pm late check-out, highest floor with nice view of the CBD! Also room was decorated and given a pretty letter and cake! Pool was cold, but has beautiful sunset, wish the Jacuzzi was working instead! Overall, liked it and would recommend to couples

Didn't have much expectations but generally had a pleasant stay. The decoration is well put together and coherent throughout the property. Expected a run of the mill breakfast but was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was! The No chicken waffle was my favorite!

Friendly staff. Nice and clean room. Shower/toilet area and sink area is separated. Toilet has bidet - great for muslim travellers. Swimming pool is at the last top floor and has a great view. Has a good selection of breakfast menu.

Best staycation ever! Staff were warm and friendly and they go all out to ensure that you have an enjoyable stay. The reviews do not lie. Everything was just perfect from breakfast to the room to the pool. Glad that I found a good deal and I hope to come back again.

One of the best hotel we have ever stayed. Great hospitality by the staff and pleasant check in. The room is great and with an awesome view. This is a birthday staycation and we received a surprised small cake frm the hotel ^ love the sky pool and gym! Though my mom say the room is a bit small, but I find it just nice:)

Excellent Location, right above Telok Ayer Mrt. Service was top notch, room was slightly on the smaller side but it was cozy and comfortable. Overall and excellent stay, although I feel that breakfast can be better.

Recommendable and worth to try especially for couples without kids! Clan hotel considers feedback seriously and ensure to improve, which is a nice gesture must be admired. Hotel generously provided early check-in and late check-out and also the birthday mini cake is delicious and unique. The hotel is new, and has a interesting dark theme with tea smells and also a tea welcome session. Location is nice and convenient. Room is beautiful but rather small, and some rooms can have nice views. I would recommend requesting for rooms that has two windows to have better views, and high floor. Gym is one of the best in Singapore! Pool although has nice views, is cold to be used and sadly jacuzzi were closed. We didn't try breakfast as it was set menu, but heard is delicious. Overall, a great stay and recommendable, although a bit on the expensive side.

Had a pleasant stay at clan hotel, they provide staggered check in so we don't have to wait. Was granted with everything that I requested 👍👍👍👍👍 room and areas are very clean. Only thing was the pillow were way too soft that will sink down upon resting in it.
