I've stayed here for countless times, it's my favourite weekend hotel because of the location and atmosphere! A lot of Halal food options around, great smart TV where I can watch YouTube and Netflix with ease and also, I can chill out at the IG-worthy pool!

Dirty room, muddy and sandy water, very rude staff, no solution from hotel after we complained, no hairdryer so the website should change the facilities they said they have. No solution after we complaints, the staff did not even look up and see my face. Had to find other hotel at 1AM. No solution also after complained.

Its not like 4 star hotel, cleaning by request not everyday, room have many cockroach, mineral water must request, the staff not helpful, only one good is near to the MRT rochor just 5 minutes.

I had a great stay here, the location is really great that it ' s really close to 2-3 MRT station (rochor, downtown, jalan besar) and also Bus stop. It ' s a walking distance from Bugis & little India as well, so mang good restaurants around the area and it ' s a halal/muslim friendly area. The room is nice even though it ' s small, the staffs are nice and really helpful especially the friendly and helpful Nawawi 👍🏻.

Aside from locating near a MRT station, my stay experience was not that great. I was given an access card that did not work in the lift to go to my room level and had to go through the emergency staircase which was full of obstacles and no lights when we had to climb up. Upon reaching our room, the card did not even work too and we had to go all the way back down to get the staff amend the access card properly and another couple faced the same issue as well after us. Almost the whole hallway of both levels were filled with bag of laundry and there were even I think undergarments infront of our room door. The room was not that clean but it was okay since we staying for 1 night only and also, the aircon takes a long time to cool up the room.

We already prepared for the worst, because we have read from some reviews that this hotel is dirty with lots of insects and others. But fortunately as long as we checked in until checked out there were no significant issues. The receptionist is indeed curt and not friendly but quite agile and very helpful. I was not asked for a deposit, and when I checked in both the room and also the bathroom were clean, there were no insects, it was just annoying smells that didn't smell like the common hotel. Warm water can be used but is not stable. There was a problem on the last day the electricity went out from 5 am to 9 am in the morning, but after contacting the receptionist quickly a technician came and fixed the electricity. I am grateful because the location is not far from Rochor MRT station and bus stop, and quite close to places to eat around Little India area. So far it 's quite worth it for a hotel with that price.

I was staying at the good room. The first time I got in, there was a cockroach walking around the floor near bed and the second one I also found it in the bathroom, it was very disgusting since I'm afraid of insect. As long as I stayed there, the room was only cleaned once (I stayed for 5 days 4 night) and it was cleaned after I requested it for the second time (the first time I requested it, they forgot the request and didn't do it at all) and after it had been cleaned, the dead cockroach was still there on the floor, so I assumed they didn't mop the floor!: (and the bedsheet was still crumpled as if it wasn't changed and there was stain …. Outside the room, there were so many garbage and cleaning tools laying on the floor! It wasn't just once, it was almost every night. This was the first experience of me staying at overrated hotel:) Never again.

Please read reviews! Sly hotel! The worst hotel ever! Very dirty! No early check-in (3pm!) no luggage storage! Receptionist doing nothing! Very bad service, room! 0 star hotel! Don't waste your money like me! We didn't stay there, we check in and Check out directly, move to another hotel! The linen bed cover room all a lot of dust! We book 6 nights with several booking code / vouchers, we must check in check out every day! No luggage storage! We come to Singapore for holiday, not for waiting luggage! Stupid hotel sly hotel! We paid the same rooms! Ga punya otak!
