It is easy to get to the Venue Hotel the Lily, thanks to its location along the Joo Chiat Road. The best and easiest way to get to the hotel is by driving. A drive to the Venue Hotel the Lily will take about 25 minutes from Pulau Ujong city centre. The Venue Hotel the Lily is just six minutes away from Geylang. There is also an option to take a taxi from anywhere on the island. Singapore has a fleet of reliable taxis. These taxis are comfortable, and the fares are reasonable. It is easy to flag down a taxi anywhere on the island except in the Central Business District. In Central Business District, one can only hail a taxi at the allotted areas such as at the taxi stops or shopping malls. The Triple Room at the Venue Hotel the Lily has 16-sqm of space, and it has a double bed together with a single bed. The Triple Room starts from S$ 126 a night. The biggest room at the Venue Hotel the Lily, the Family Room has a space of 18-sqm. There are two double beds in the room, and these can sleep at least four adults comfortably. The Family Room is at S$ 158 a night.
All of the rooms at the Venue Hotel the Lily are equipped with the same basic in-room amenities such as a coffee/tea maker set, a television with cable channels, a couple of complimentary bottled water and a mini bar together with an in-room safe. Located not far from the Venue Hotel the Lily, Geylang Serai New Market is a famous market with a great array of Malay and Indian cuisines. The Geylang Serai New Market not only has great stalls selling these delicious cuisines but there are also shops selling fishes and various type of spices that are a must in either Malay or Indian cuisines. The Geylang Serai New Market was recently renovated, and now, it looks like a traditional Malay kampong house. The market opens every day, from as early as 8 AM until 10 PM.
