This apartment is everything you want and then some more. The apartment is beautifully furnished, and has a feel of an upscale mountain chalet. The beds are very comfortable. The whole apartment was exceptionally clean. The location couldn’t be better (20 min walk to Stary Smokovec). The Krolak family managing the apartment is always available, very friendly, and highly customer-focused. We will be back, for sure.

Everything about the panoraMic Mountain Residence is amazing from the property itself, including the wellness area (sauna and hot tub); to the location next to the mountain; to the hospitality of the hosts from check-in, throughout the stay, and check-out. I highly recommend during the two-hour wellness session to relax and unwind, especially with the view of the stars outside while in the hot tub. The property looks and feels brand new, is super clean, has all the amenities you could ever need, and I cannot wait to return again!

Brand new cabin with everything you would want for a break in the mountains

This is a family run hotel. The apartments are beautifully decorated. The family that runs is very, very helpful. They went out of their way so we could enjoy the High Tatras, including arranging tickets for the cable car (at the very last minute). They were also helpful in providing tips for other places we were visiting. I would highly recommend a trip to High Tatras and especially staying at the panoraMic Mountain Residence. The location is perfect, views are awesome, and very conveniently located. A must visit! I can't wait to go back.

Quiet, lovely, cozy. An excellent High Tatras experience.

My partner and I spent five nights at Michal's beautiful chalet. The veranda at the front where we drank our morning coffee has wonderful views over the forest filled valley, the rear opens out onto a mountainous national park with a view of the High Tatras. The beauty of the location is that everything is so close. The drive from the airport was only 15min but you feel submerged in nature straight away. We hiked in the High Tatras and in the valley ('Slovakia's Paradise' - a gorge walk interspersed with wooden ladders over otherwise impassable sections of the river and huge vertical metal ladders alongside waterfalls, it is not to be missed). We saw some beautiful animals, the highlight of which was when Michal took us into the national park to view huge wild pigs. His daughter saw a bear whilst we were there. It was our first trip to Slovakia, but definitely won't be our last. To say the chalet surpassed our expectations is an understatement. We stayed in Exupery, the chalet designed for one couple. It was huuuge. Downstairs was big enough to entertain six people. Fully functioning kitchen with all mod cons (coffee machine/dishwasher/etc). Big L-shaped couch with rugs and a flat screen tv with hundreds of films in case you want a quiet night in. Chalet also had very peaceful sauna and jacuzzi available on request. The food in the mountains was excellent and reasonably priced, around €7 for two beers and a plate of goulash. There are plenty of 'wellness centres' with a vast

Apartment where You can feel like home, great, very friendly services from owner. Fireplace makes You feel very comfortable. Rooms and equipment made from solid wood, nice decorations.

We have spent 4 lovely days in Panoramic Resort Wahlenbeg Apartment. Our hosts were very welcoming, caring and kind. All was set-up spotless, down to tiniest detail. Felt-like-home, clean, very stylish place with rural feel, but modern equipment. With so many neat details, that made our stay extremely pleasant. We haven´t used spa or saunas, although we have been offered, and they look very well looked after. Overall, highly recommended place to stay in High Tatras.

This is a great place to stay while visiting the High Tatras. The owners went out of their way to make our visit memorable and relaxing. Highly recommended.

Az apartman nagyon barátságosan és igényesen van berendezve, a meleg színű burkolatok és zömében fa bútorok pedig különösen otthonossá teszik. A padlófűtés és a cserépkályha tökéletesen hangulatossá és kényelmessé tette a téli estéket. A konyha minden szükséges eszközzel fel van szerelve, a fürdőszoba és a WC pedig maximális tisztaságú. A házból a kilátás mind a hegyek, mind a völgy irányába pazar (ld. képek), a házigazdák pedig rendkívül segítőkészek és barátságosak. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom.

Familiär geführtes Haus, sehr komfortabel, sehr geschmackvoll. Die ganze Familie kümmert sich mit großem Engagement und großer Freundlichkeit darum, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Geben Ausflugstipps, machen Reservierungen. Das Haus ist in jeder Hinsicht zu empfehlen! Wir haben einen wunderschönen Wanderurlaub in der Hohen Tatra und in der Zipser Region verbracht. Würde es jeder Zeit wiederholen.

Great and hospitable hosts with a bunch of ideas on how to best spend time in the Tatras, tasteful home interior down to the finest detail, perfect cleanliness, great location! Definitely want to come back when visiting High Tatras in Slovakia again!

Nádherný, útulný, čisťounký, přátelský a skvěle umístěný / Awesome, cozy, spotless, friendly and perfect located.

Wir fahren regelmäßig in die österreichischen, schweizer und französischen Alpen zum Skifahren. Dieses Mal wollten wir ein neues Resort ausprobieren und haben uns für die Hohe Tatra entschieden. Nach einiger Suche haben wir uns dann diese 5* Unterkunft ausgesucht. Wir waren einfach begeistert, obwohl unsere Erwartungen hoch waren wurden diese übertroffen. Das neu errichtete Appartement war stillvoll und luxuriös eingerichtet. Lage war zentral aber trotzdem sehr ruhig und der Ausblick bei Tag und Nacht war einfach unbeschreiblich schön. Die Besitzer haben sich extra viel Mühe gegeben und waren stets hilfsbereit bei Fragen und Empfehlungen um unsere Freizeit abseits vom Skifahren sinnvoll zu nützen. Die Tourismusortschaften sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Wir haben sogar schon unseren nächsten Sommerurlaub dort gebucht und freuen uns schon sehr darauf die Hohe Tatra im Sommer zu erleben. Nach unserer Erfahrung können wird die panoraMic Residence nur sehr weiterempfehlen!
