Hotel Medno

I wouldn't recommend booking this hotel with double room since its falsely marketed for 3 people even though it doesnt accommodate it. They are trying to sell all the rooms as for 3 people. The rooms can only accommodate 2 people maximum. When I placed my booking, I booked it because I was under the impression that the room can sleep 3 people. That's how the room was being sold via Expedia. I brought this issue up to the front desk in the morning the next day since I was out and about celebrating for NYE. When I got back to the room for the 1st time, it was a 2 twin beds. I was a bit disappointed about not being able to accommodate for 3 people. Apparently all rooms were booked even though it was quiet at the hotel. I told them that the room should accommodate 3 people but it wasn't to my expectation during the time of booking. They said they will have someone check out on Friday and they would reserve that room for me. I followed up with them that same evening, the next morning, and the afternoon. When I got back to the hotel after my day out, they said the room was booked and it was full again. Every time I spoke to them about the room being available for me, it felt like it was the first time they heard about it and they never acknowledged it. I felt that they kept on leading me on. I won't recommend anyone. I asked expedia to step in to resolve this matter but due to multiple failed attempts to reach the hotel, it defaulted to their cancellation policy which was no help.

I have book this hotel online on my long car trip I arrive at the hotel around 22.00 o’clock there wasn’t anyone at reception I have tried to contact them by calling the number they write on the hotel website and window none answer the phone so I didn’t have chance to check in and I left the hotel. Now even I m Not too sure did I pay for the hotel or not even I didn’t stay there.

Good place to stay for one night. Short car ride to Ljubliana. The staff were super helpful. No complaints!

It was ok but there was a bad smell when we arrived. The staff very helpful and friendly

No AC and it was hot. Desk clerk was helpful and kind. We had a room on the driveway side and it was noisy. Fine for the price for a one night stay and convenient to airport..

When we arrived they said they did not have our reservation, so I had to show them my printout from your sight. Front desk person called sales manager to see what system they have your company...but all in all after that little problem everything was great. They gave us a large room with a nice view of the countryside and we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good, there's free parking and Wi-Fi but the entrance to the road that leads to them is a little hidden by the over grown grass and we missed the sign and went a 1/2 mile up and turned around. You must have GPS to find them (ours stopped working for some reason) - otherwise very pleasant and since its close to the city and their rates are much better, I would go there again.

It’s not a spa..

Comodo albergo fuori città, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, parcheggio auto gratuito.

L’endroit est très calme, à 15min en voiture du centre ville. Les amoureux de la nature ne seront pas déçus.

Dirty carpets, dirty toilet, twin bedroom instead of double, extremely hot and light on the toilet was broken
