There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email 10 days before arrival with check-in instructions. The host will greet guests on arrival. This property is only reachable by 4x4 vehicle. Guests without a 4x4 vehicle may park in the lot at the top of the hill which is 850 feet (260 meters) from the property. A porter service is available for a 2-hour window at the time of check-in and check-out to help transport guest luggage.
