They dont have the free airport shuttle Food and restaurant is pretty good Clean and comfy bed

First a lot of noise,they were construction workers at 7am making a lot noise as you can image. Terrible used bed very old. The rest staff was exelent

Located to the to the west of the city, Buganvillas is a more a resort than a hotel and should be advertised as such, ideal for family relax time, Buganvillas provides most amenities that a 5-star hotel will provide. LOCATION: West of the city, taxies from Viruviru will bring you in for Bs70. A food court can be found within walking distance as well as a Hypermaxi (a grocery store). Nearby there is also a traditional restaurant: La Olla Tarijena where you can try some of the Bolivian delicacies. The Fexpo Feria Santa Cruz is around the corner a showroom for local businesses that operate once or twice a year. TRANSPORTATION: The hotel has its own agreement with a taxi company, you pay Bs20 more per ride (or so) but the taxies are clean and equipped with functional AC which in Santa Cruz is definitely a plus. Uber is available in Santa Cruz, another great transportation option. CHECKING PROCESS: Fast and effective, access to premises is gated and guarded, controlled on the per individual basis, the sense of security is high. The hotel property is fully fenced. The checking process is convenient and fast, the staff is polite, well trained and quick to address any difficulties. A bell-boy will assist you carrying your luggage to your suite which can be a bit of a walk as the hotel (I should say resort for easy understanding), may require that you walk thru a few streets before you get to your assigned room. A small elevator will bring you to the upper rooms.

great outside stuff but the apartment is very dated. it was nice to stay but the A.C. didn´t work very good.

Great hotel to stay the location is great and the room are comfortable. The only complaint that I have is that the wifi only worked in the main living area and not in the bedrooms.

Wonderful place a bit outdated but still the kind of oasis you look for being in a city with great ways to go everywhere else and still come back to the nature and quietness of the pool and just seating outside of your room or balcony.

The hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere and is relatively well located for the business traveller.

I was on a business trip and spent only one night at the hotel. The lobby, cleaning and breakfast staff were all extremely nice and helpful.

The room had 2 bathrooms but only one worked. Also I asked for a room with 1 king size bed and 2 individual beds and only had 2 kings. Besides that its all good.

Hotel is old but they have a very good service and the rooms are big and clean. I stay 2 days ans i enjoy it. Internet does not work in rooms have to go to the living room area

Hotel needs upgrade and remodeling. Rooms are old, malfunctioning lights, hard to take a hot shower, furniture is unconfortable, air conditioning antiquated. Food available was generic and not well prepared. Internet service was unreliable. Hotel is far from dining and shopping

Everything was great, good service, good food, beautiful surroundings and gardens. Very clean and hotel staff were very helpfull. The only issue I had was with the hot water system in the bathroom. I Could never quite figure out how to get a good warn shower. It was either too hot or too cold. I would definitely stay there again. Going to town was no problem, taxis wre readily available.

Hotel insisted on me supplying a "Voucher" from Expedia for my stay. The voucher was actually the Expedia receipt. I assume Expedia paid them when I paid online. I provided proof of who I was and it matched the booking exactly. Why all the hassle? After traveling for 20 hours I want an easy, fast checkin especially after paying in advance.

this is far from the Santa Cruz airport - 25 minutes...taxi cost us 70 bolivianos to get to hotel but returning to the airport the following morning was set up by the hotel with one of their logo'd cars - they tried to charge us 280 bolivianos!!! Smoke alarm low battery indicator went off all night from kitchen....the cleaning person HAD to have heard that since it went off every 2 minutes. Suite was large - that was nice. Not sure I'd use the kitchen even if I was there as I didn't see any stores near by but could be wrong. Pool was nice. Clear instructions for using hot water in shower but came out as a trickle.

Terrible service and food, shower and internet did not work properly.
