1층에 묵었는데 한쪽 화장실에서 냄새가 나고 화장실 및 거실 배수구에서 물이 수시로 역류하여 후두둑 이상한 소리와 냄새가 났습니다. 전반적으로 건물이 노후한 느낌

The facility is great and convenient!

The first impression was so bad, because the staff at check-in desk was very rude. She destroyed my family's holiday. I requested 1 king bed and 2 twin beds as I company a kid but I got 4 twin beds room so I asked if I could have 1 king bed and 2 twin beds as per my request but the lady at check-in desk said that I could not get what I requested all the time. Even though the requesed room type was available she didn't want to give it to me. What a services!!!Finally I got it but she acted like she gave me a very special treatment. Other than this, everything was comfortable, all staff except for her was very nice and kind. However I don't want to stay Ananti Namhae again becuase of very bad impression and experience at check-in desk.

A place for a quiet vacation with family. Two bedrooms, with spacious living room, enough for 4. Deep soak tub in both bathrooms so you can have a mini spa experience in your own privacy. Also has spa on site to enjoy.

Comfort and private. But haven’t change anything when it’s under the name of Hilton.

Overall, a nice place but limited things to do if one is not playing golf.

After checking in, I found debris & dust in livingroom and bathroom floors. Only 3 bath towels & 1 beach towel were provided per bathroom. No hand towels provided. Reception & restaurant staff always looked unhappy and never smiled. There was an electric cooktop in the kitchenette but no pot. I was told that cooking is not allowed. That was so weird. On check out day, a receptionist called me at 10:30am and said that I had only 30 mins to check out. I have never been pushed to leave before check out time at any other hotels in my life.

High value for standard service. Room service close early night and serve only mini bar. Beds covers, towels cleaning needs more attention.

The room was very spacious, but uselessly spacious. The location was excellent and breakfast was also very good. But, the towels smelled terrible and the ceiling of the shower booth was covered with moss! The bed and pillows were not in a really good condition. In short, this hotel was not like Hilton!

First let me say a huge thank you to both the Operation Director, and Managing Director @ Hilton Namhae for doing everything in their power to ensure we had a wonderful visit. However... I think the staff here need intensive training on customer relations at this class of hotel. From the waiter who didn't appear to know how to open the bottle of wine we ordered, or pour it into the glass! The laundry not appearing back until the night before we left to fly back up to Seoul. To room service who took our dirty plates and pizza box for the food we ordered from room service and simply left them lying outside our room for over a day. The room was wondeful but let down by details, like hairs in the beds, holes in the towels, and no instructions on how to use the incomprehensible air conditioning. Again for this type and brand of hotel, the inability of most staff to communicate with us in English was a huge surprise. Yes I know I should make more of an effort with the local language, however travelling the world this is simply not possible and one reason for choosing to stay at this type of hotel. Very surprised and dissapointed overall.
