Brown-Dot Hotel

Bed is hard as a rock , room hot , water leaking from toilet everytime you flush , elevator didn’t work. Staff wasn’t friendly (just one staff member that sits outside all day) no fridge . Close to Osan AB, no taxis after 8pm so u are stuck there every night. Wouldn’t recommend.

The room was a little dirty, the sheets had a bunch of stains on them and the bathroom could have been cleaner. We stayed a bunch of places in South Korea and this was the least clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were rock hard.

I had a fantastic experience at Brown-Dot Hotel Songtan. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and Osan Air Base. Great value for money—highly recommend for anyone visiting Pyeongtaek!

It was a good affordable place to sleep and catch up with friends. Nothing fancy just the basics and I was fine with that. The only drawback was that it was a no smoking room but it did smell a little like smoke.

Wonderful

The parking is kind of hard to find. When you see public parking, go to the road on the left and immediately on the left is parking. I was there for 5 days and only had housekeeping one time. The desk attendant was extremely helpful when I arrived. When I departed I waited for several minutes and rang the bell. No one came and I eventually just left my key on the desk and took pictures as proof. My friend stayed nearby at the Design Hotel. I would recommend that one instead.

No one was there for me to check in. I had to wander around a couple hours before someone showed up. They need a way for someone to check in if no one is going to work at the front desk.

Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Hot water on demand. Greatocation. Close to everything. Only need to walk...

That was the sweetest stay I experienced. No problems; the place is great and quiet, and the hotel is on a busy street, so you have options for food and drinks at any time. The customer service is top-notch, with 24-hour service for anything you need. The fridge gets refilled every two days with two bottles of water and two juices. I love this place and will be back again in December.

Manager took good care to call me a taxi early in the morning to get me the bus terminal on time.

Great location within the Songtan Shopping District. Walkable to Osan AB, Songtan Station, numerous restaurants and entertainment places.
