Excellent location and very comfortable room with an excellent morning breakfast serviced by a well trained and hospitable staff...i would def stay again.

The receptionist on the 17th floor was very patient, kind and went out of her way to ensure all of my needs were met including accommodations, breakfast, and the limousine bus to the airport. The General Manager, Kevin Kim, who was overseeing the breakfast was remarkable and I was treated by him as if I was family. The breakfast buffet was a fantastic fusion of fresh Korean and western style offerings. My only disappointment was the sparse gym. The hotel is also close to several subway and bus stops and conveniently located near the Lotte department store and all of the amazing food vendors. Thanks again Mr. Kim for a great stay.

The service was excellent. The staff was very friendly, polite, great service, especially the house keeping staff! Also, the breakfast buffet was great.

Hotel is very close to main shopping areas & restaurants. Rooms are very small & layout quite weird. Check in was just ok & did not find front desk personnel very knowledgeable. Restaurant personnel was all great & very pleasant. Rooms could use better sound proof walls, as rooms so small & I could hear shower in the next room

The location is very good. Just one street across the bustling Myeongdong but yet is away from the hustle bustle. Close to not 1 but 3 train stations. 7-11 and GS25 is just downstairs. The only downside is lobby is situated on the 17th floor and the rooms are on the smaller side but it is understandable. Overall, for the price? I would rate 9/10.

We had a really great stay! Love the convenient location and just $6-7 uber ride to tourist attractions . Myeingdong street market is 3 minute walk from underground pass! Staff are all nice!!!

Great location, however we had the room near the main road which we can hear constructions through the night (faintly, but still ok for sleeping). Overall still a recommended place to stay.

Convenient location (close to underground and shopping area). Rooms are small but clean; not enough lights; broken electrical sockets; no USB sockets. Rooms are not sound proof, and rooms near the main road are freaking noisy! Rooms not ready at check-in time. Long face receptionists.

Hotel itself was fine, super close to the Main Street food/shopping area and not too far from the palace. My issue was the thermostat in our room was pointless, it was set to 21 (the lowest it would go) and it never got below 24.5 which made sleeping uncomfortable.
