Ecograd Hotel

Had late check in, the duty worker claimed he could not find my reservation as I did not use my middle name during reservation with Hotel.com but in few seconds, the other worker who was standing by and listening to my conversation with him, was able to find and verify it. In fact, I did not have a middle name to use. Instead of apology, he tried to educate me why he claimed he could not find it. He should say I did not hear you well, or can you spell your name so I could review it again. Noticed they already printed out the copies all reserved rooms in the folder so he could simply review those reservations before he told me he could not find it. Later I found that he was a manger. It was due to lack of courtesy toward customers including not wanting to hear what customer explained. This poor attitude continued until I finished the check in process. Had reservation for 2 rooms with my extended family members. My family made several comments on cleanness on rooms such as dirty carpet, washed out blanket with holes. No door to rest room and draining systems were poorly arranged so water was kept coming into hallway which was covered by carpet. I already made 4 trips to Korea and used more than 20 hotels, and it was the worse place I remembered. It was not worth it for the cost I paid.

시내 중심에 있어서 이용하기에 편리했슴. 그러나 샤워실 세트의 물이 조금 나오고 메인 샤워기는 고장이나서 사용할 수가 없어서 프론트에 얘기했지만 고쳐지지가 않았다 결국 대충 이용하고 나올수 밖에 없었다

Even though there are signs to not wear shoes in the room, the carpet was extremely dirty and should have been deep cleaned or replaced entirely. The curtains by the bathroom and window were also very dirty. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful though. Location was convenient enough but just think the rooms could use a refresh.

Too expensive than property condition.

It waa just okay. Cleanliness could have been better.

View was amazing. Staff were kind and nice. The best hotel in Suncheon!

다리미를 1층가서 사용해야함 헐

수십년 된 커텐의 청결함이 의심됩니다. 이 호텔은 화장실 문이 없고 어설픈 커텐이 달려있습니다. 침대와 가까워 일행의 화장실 소리와 냄새가 그대로 전해집니다. 싸구려 모텔에나 있는 고정형 헤어드라이기가 있고 성능이 매우 떨어집니다. 단열이 안되서 방이 전체적으로 덥고 겨울에는 매우 건조하며 엘리베이터 통로는 더 그렇습니다. 이 호텔의 문제는 개선을 위한 투자가 전혀 없다는 겁니다. 화장실 문, 드라이기 얼마나 한다고 그돈이 아까워서 이렇게 욕먹으며 운영할까요

순천 출장때마다 자는곳인데 이호텔 주인은 욕심부리지말고 전문 호텔체인에 팔아서 리모델링하는것이 순천시나 관광객들에게 이득이다 제발 팔아라 좀

로비가 너무 어둡고 복도가 더웠어요. 조식도 별로였습니다!

프론트 직원의 응대가 친절해서 좋았는데. 시설은 보통 이었네요..좋지도 나쁘지도 않은.. 주차는 편하고 호텔 위치에서 도보로 갈수있는 음식점들이 많아서 좋았다

1층로비 완전 추움. 편의점은 아침에 무인이라 이용못함. 친환경이라 샴푸 바디 비누 말고 정말 아무것도 없음. 침대 프레임이 울렁거림 오래된 호텔인듯.

프런트데스트 직원분은 친절하셨습니다. 청결도는 나쁘지 않았으나 시설 자체가 좀 낡은 느낌이 있었고, 부대시설- 라운지나 피트니스 등이 운영되지 않아 아쉽습니다. 피트니스 이용하려고 예약했는데..

화장실이 커튼으로 분리되어 있네요 샤워실 물빠짐이 안 좋아서 넘치는거 신경쓰였습니다. 가장 문제는 아침9시경 메이드가 문을 벌컥 열고 들어 왔습니다 체크아웃하신 줄 알았다고 합니다. 방키에 불이 안들어 와서 그랫다는데 도어램프에 오류가 있었더래도 조식을 먹으러 갔을수도 있 고 11시이전에 체크아웃을 논하는 건 아닌듯합니다. 많이 놀랫습니다 . 일박에 20만원정도(연휴)로 그리 저렴하지도 않으면서도 말이죠

여행객이 너무 적은지 스카이라운지 운영이 안되고 있어 아쉬웠어요
