Elvis and his wife are very friendly and welcoming, The guesthouse is clean, well equipped, breakfast items well stocked. There is a nice walking park behind the complex. Shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Owner offers pick up and drop off service to Incheon airport. Free breakfast is also provided. Good location. Quiet neighborhood.

Staying at Elvis B&B was a delight. Elvis and his wife are very attentive and took good care of us. The airport pickup was very convenient. We just went to the information desk and asked them to help us call Elvis' phone number. Then we waited about 10 minutes for Elvis to arrive and take us back to his B&B. The second time we stayed here we felt comfortable enough with the area to walk to his house after he dropped us off at a nearby restaurant and helped us order dinner. The house is in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk from a downtown-like area with lots of restaurants and a convenience store. The bedrooms themselves are a little cramped because of the large bed frames, but everything is clean and organized. Being able to make our own breakfast was also nice. Elvis' wife makes her own jam, which was delicious on toast.

Staff very helpful. Normally pick you up at Airport. Flight arrived at 3 AM. I got a taxi without calling. It’s a ma and pop operation. I thought it too much to ask. My room had a stocked refrigerator for cook your own breakfast

Very convenient for overnight near the airport stay, Elvis picked us up even though our flight got in really late. Very sweet couple. Rooms as pictured.

Although it was just a short stay, we were so happy with the experience. The owner pick us up at the airport only 10 minutes after our call. The room was big and clean. The sheets were fresh smelling and clean. The breakfast was nice and sufficient. The owner informed us of transport facilities to go around, drove us to shopping center and so polite and courteous. Overall, excellent. We would gladly recommend this hotel to friends.

Owners are very nice and helpful. They offer free transportation to/from the airport or station, which makes it really convenient for long stopovers.

Great experience! I hesitated to book because I was traveling alone and haven't stayed in a guest house before. But, they had so many good reviews that I decided to try it. The owner met me at the airport and took me to the guesthouse (in a pretty, residential area). He walked me through the living area and explained the guidelines. I loved the kitchen option where I was able to make eggs and toast (with homemade jam) for breakfast in the morning. Most hotels in the area don't offer breakfast. They told me about what to do in the area. There is a shopping area you could walk to, a trail to hike, or go to the ocean. It is also easy to get downtown to Seoul. Since checkout is at 11am, I went to the airport first, and then went downtown. Very pleasant experience. Will stay with them again if I have another long layover in ICN airport.

The room was immaccuately clean and so cute! Felt like I had my own place in Incheon! He offers free airport pick up and drop off which is so convenient and a money saver! Elvis was incredibly kind and went above and beyond for any request I had. I will be staying again for sure.

This cute little guesthouse is located on a little island within a 3 min walking distance to the ocean and a nice park. The guesthouse owners are an older Korean couple who are very nice and accommodating. My room was large with two beds it's own bathroom and it's own little kitchen which was very convenient. There was free breakfast of eggs you can cook up, toast, juices and water all stocked up. They had tea and coffee ready along with the wife's homemade strawberry jam which was very tasty! The owner took his time explaining all about the room, what was around to do and had maps and wifi to use. I would defiantly stay here again and hopefully for longer next time!

Great location. Great ammenities. All-inclusive: basic food/drinks in fridge , coffee maker/ground coffee, laundry detergent, etc.

First, I would like to compliment you and say I LOVE your property. After a long month of work, this place is perfect for resting. I have everything I need, and more, and everything is very clean. I am jealous of your garden, and the tomatoes you shared with me were so very delicious and sweet! I already plan on returning next year after my work in Mongolia.

Staying in Elvis B&Balance was a pleasant experience from the moment I made my reservation to the time of departure. The place itself is close to the airport, and in a short walking distance from the park and forest where locals go for an exercise, and from downtown of Incheon. The owners are very hospitable with the right amount of attention. The only drawback for me was the sound of the fan in the room, which was a bit disturbing, but it kept the room cooler.

Excellent Home Stay, not hotel stay. Located in the residential area with parks, not commercial area. Kitchen available, suitable for longer term stay as well as short stay. Very low cost. Free airport (ICN) pick up and drop off (as well as nearest subway station or nearby shopping area). Very friendly staff. Flexible accommodation for any need. Excellent Korean home-setting experience. I stayed in early July. I really liked the stay and I recommend it to others.

The owners speak good English and are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed being able to cook our own eggs and making our own toast with homemade strawberry jam from their garden. Will definitely stay here again!

The Owner and wife was nice, they picked me up and dropped me off for free and their place provided eggs, milk, cereal and toast for dinner and lunch.
