We stayed here for a wedding and it was the most convenient and amazing stay! The rooms were clean and very comfortable! It was a short trip in a taxi to the city centre with lots to do!

Hotel staff are friendly but the hotel is a little bit old and the in-room maintenance not up to a 5-star standard.

There is only one thing worst than a cheap hotel with poor quality staff ... a expensive hotel with poor quality staff. I spend over 185 days per year traveling and I don't remember staying in an hotel of this range of price with worst staff aptitude. The lack of empathy and enthusiasm to attend and leave customers satisfy is just remarkable. I will definitely recommend to find for alternatives before spending time and money on this property.

The hotel is in very good condition. While the lobby was quite active with people coming, going, waiting, etc., my room was quiet and comfortable. It actually felt like a 5 star experience.

I stayed for two nights for a break from a family visit. Hotel is relatively new but despite that my modern room was beginning to look battered. The shower pod leaked and smelt and lights under the console were hanging low. I used the pool/sauna and was charged sbout £25 which I thought outrageous given the cost of the room. Generally very expensive for Changwon.

The hotel is located next to the Mall and exhibition center. Very convinience to go around to get the foods and drinks. The hotel facilities is new, clean and spacious. Although the fixed bench sitting is not very comfotable, the overall room is big enough for the business purpose.

For a place like Changwon, Pullman Ambassador Changwon is the best place to stay. The Hotel is conveniently located beside the Exhibition Centre and a Shopping Mall. The rooms are clean and comfy , the only thing I didn't like during my 6 day stay is that the breakfast menu is same everyday. I hope they can make some alternatives in the future.
