I liked the nearby overlook of the harbor living up to the name of the hotel. Very smooth stay would stay again.

The bed was very comfortable. The food options were good too - bread, rolls, cereal and soup. Would prefer a cooked breakfast but the breakfast was edible. The kitchen lady was very kind and attentive. The lady behind the desk went above and beyond in giving me an excellent restaurant recommendation. I was a solo traveller using public transport and the location was great. Will be returning to the hotel.

Friendly staff, clean room. Spacious room. Medium firm mattress. Bus stops just outside, about 15-20min walk to dongmum market. Some restaurants and 7/11 near the hotel. Only downside is the air conditioning sometimes doesn't work, it turns off by itself and you can't adjust the temp or fan speed. And the walls are thin, so you can hear other geusts.

House cleaning did not provide indivisual packed bar of soap after cleaning. Asked front desk then gentleman answered that they do not have the invontories left. I have him a kind of funny look then he later gave me a bar of soap. That wes terrible though.

More like a guest house than a hotel. Close to no English. Not that close to city center, have to take a bus with frequency close to once an hour to tungmun. I book a 4 persons twin bed deluxe room but forgot to add my child upon booking so I was punished by paying extra won 11000. I complained but was told that is it and I could not change room due to payment nonrefundable. In the small lobby, there is no place for you to take a rest unless you go to the small restaurant.

Parking was a problem. Not much there. Had to park in front of a car and give my keys to rental car to reception in case they had to move. Told them am leaving at 6 am in morning. Arrived at 8 pm. When ready to leave then car was moved and blocked by other car. Caused delay. When got to airport car rental return during inspectionfound car was wide scratched with car paint on left side. Dissapointed. Very bad service! Other than that hotel was ok.

The hotel was good with really helpful staff. No flexibility on check on time. The neighborhood was far from Jeju City centre so needed to commute all the time. There’re buses from 7 min walk. The hotel was however $5 distance to the airport.

Hotel receptionist are helpful although their english level are so so...but still can understand what we want such as call taxi and call tour guide taxi etc. It was a nice stay at the Hotel, the location consider is good, 10minutes walk to 东门market, the room soundproof are good, overall clean and new.
