The room are so clean. Staff was very nice.

Tiny rooms but clean

Here is a concise and friendly review you can use: --- Hotel Cappuccino has a great location and a charming boutique atmosphere that gives it real character. Unfortunately the room I stayed in was far too small to be comfortable for more than one person, and the front desk service left a lot to be desired. We were not provided with the tax free voucher needed for an airport claim, which was disappointing. If I were traveling alone and wanted to stay in this neighborhood I might consider returning. For anything else I would look elsewhere, since the property does not live up to a true three or four star standard. It would be helpful for Hotels.com to update its rating.

We loved many things about staying at Cappuccino. Firstly, the location is perfect and very close to the subway station which made getting around very convenient. The staff were very helpful and kind. The room is small but very comfortable. The bathroom is great, and spacious. We slept great in the cozy bed. We would definitely stay here again! A few things to note that aren’t necessarily deal breakers- 1. Very close to a high traffic street and we did hear the noise at night, even more so when we would open the window for cool air to sleep which brings me to 2. The A/C automatically switches off at 10pm and heater goes on, with no option to switch back, making it hard to sleep with the heat. We would turn the heater off and open the window. 3. While the whole place is very clean and well maintained, I noticed several places that the walls have drips and splatter from other guests which was off putting, especially by the toilet. The paint seems like a matte finish so I understand it being more difficult to clean but it shows everything.

I can't say I hated it or felt uncomfortable. It was very small for the price range and it wasn't as good as a motel. I didn't have enough space to leave my luggage. I even stayed alone and had a friend's visit. Even my friend was surprised. Because of the small space. Of course I know. The bustle of the area

Clean room, very cozy, the staff were lovely and the hotel is in a very convenient location. There’s a bus stop right in front of hotel and great train lines nearby. Definitely would stay again!
