KINTEX へは徒歩で10分以内。地下鉄駅大化からも5分以内。仁川(BUS 7400 6500 ウオン)あるいは金浦空港 (BUS 7300 3100ウオン) からのバスで KINTEX 停留所からも徒歩 (降りて向かい側の通りへ行きアパート内を大化駅方向へ歩き、大化駅前で右へ真っ直ぐ行くとすぐ判る)10分以内。部屋は広く、ゆったり。ベッドもバスタブも十分な大きさ。フロントも応対は良く快適。食事や買い物はホテル周辺にて十分賄える。KINTEX での仕事では再び宿泊いたします。

駅からも近く、周りにコンビニなどもありアクセスがとてもよかったです。部屋もとても広く、シャワールームも広く使いやすかったです。冷蔵庫も部屋に備え付けてあり、便利でした。テレビも大きくて、パソコンも２台ありました。日本でも同じ値段でこのレベルのホテルはあまり無いんじゃないかと思うくらいとても良かったです。

A good hotel. The rooms are nice, it’s in a safe area with some decent options nearby, and it’s located very close to both a metro & major bus stop. It also offers interesting amenities for "couples". Really the only things are that: 1) The hallways outside the rooms lack air conditioning, meaning that if it’s hot you feel it as soon as you step outside your room; and 2) There is only one small elevator to go up and down. Otherwise, perfectly fine hotel if you're looking for a place to stay in this area.

For a motel style property, it was very nice. Goyang-Si is a long way from Gangnam area, but the local dining was delicious, all traditional Korean, and inexpensive. It is close to Kintex Exhibition Site, and price was very reasonable. During the stay, the room had a Samsung Air-Dresser in the room. It was my first time trying it. It was very quiet and effective at drying clothes overnight. The property was very amenable to letting me check in at 6:00am (for a reasonable charge). I will definitely stay here again if I have a trade show at Kintex.

Very closed and convenient location from KINTEX,subway station(Dae Hwa sta.),Airport limosine bus stop ,and lots of good restaurant. This type hotel is used only for lovers/couples in Japan,but not in Korea. Ladies,families can use normally as if they are business hotels.
