The place was very clean, but I didn't like the brown gold bath robes. The bathroom had an open tub and closed shower and toilet for if you were sharing. They provided everything you need for face toner to shampoo to lotion. They also parked your car and was very up to date on technology.

Great location near the train station and buses Very warm in the room Good breakfast option and common room nice rooftop terrace The machine at check-in didn't accept our Hotels reservation number and none was sent to us by email, so if we had checked in 15 min later, we would have been stuck, as the employee would no longer have been there and had forgotten to send it to use, so make sure you have received a code for auto check-in

First of all, I'm very disappointed with the service. when I see a hotel has breakfast service, I expect that from hotel itself but not from McDonald's. Even from McDonald's they have only two options which is hamburger or pancake. I don't understand, how everyone can choose from only these two options. imagine a guy like me who don't eat beef or pork, so we need to go with pancakes which I never had before, anytime. If they are getting this breakfast from McDonald's , I would expect them to mention online clearly which I don't see it anywhere. I don’t want to go to office With empty stomach, I decided to try pancakes. When I got the pancakes they are very cold. I requested to get my breakfast around 7:30 AM and until I went down at 8:30 AM and ask them “hey where is my breakfast” then they told me to wait for 10 more minutes to get my breakfast. Anyway, I am very disappointed with the service.

The front desk was helpful in a lot of ways. Due to a language barrier they were good at having a translating app available and they would call us a taxi each time it was needed. Breakfast was provided free of charge across the street. The room was clean and well equipped with supplies. The fridge is very tiny so really not able to store extra food in it.. It was located in an area where there were many shops and restaurants that were easy to walk to.

I had terrible experience at this place. firstly it's hard to say hotel. The overall service was awful and room doesn't have proper ventilation system so I can still smell the cigarrett from previous guest. The cleaner came and open our room without any notifiction in the 9am in the morning and didn't even say sorry. I will never ever stay this place again!
