スタッフの接客対応はすごく良かったです。ただ、トイレの流れが悪くトイレットペーパーが詰まり、大変な思いをしました。トイレットペーパーを流すと詰まるなら注意書きを書いてほしいです。海外の人はわからないと思います。

KSPOで開催されたコンサートに行くために今回宿泊させていただきました。少し入り組んだ場所にありますが駅から近くて便利が良かったです。コンビニもあり、カフェもあったので朝ごはんなどには困りませんでした。私は利用しませんでしたが、ホテルの共用部分で電子レンジなどを使用して温めることもできそうでした。お部屋も綺麗で、お風呂は浴槽付きで広かったので嬉しかったです。空調のコントロールが出来なかった(？)ので少し寒く感じましたが、服で調整しました。私が韓国語を話せず、スタッフの方にはご不便をおかけしたかと思いますが、優しく対応してくださり、安心して過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。

깨끗하고 크기도 적당하고 욕조도 있고 지하철역 가깝고 식당도 가깝고 직원분들도 친절하고 다 좋았습니다. 다만, 복도와 방에서 아주 약간의 하수구 냄새가 나네요. 배어있는 듯한.. 그래도 다음에 근처에 묵을 일이 있으면 이용할 의사가 있습니다.
