The receptionist is fluent in english so the communication made easy. The room is clean and spacious complete w a kitchen in it. View from room is magnificent, will definitely stay here when I come to Jeju again

The hotel is spacious enough and able to adjust the heat for the floor to warm the room as this period it is very cool. The road to the hotel is very very dark so I would advise only stay here if you drives. Hotel is comfortable and have everything we needed plus there’s convenient store at the Recep area which we didn’t realise until our last night. We drove out to distance to get snacks and drinks.

어느곳을 가더라도 제주도만의 자연을 한껏 누릴수 있는 장점과 한라산이 가까워 일출보기도 좋다(가까운 어승생악을 올라가면 30분 정도면 일출가능) 또한 숙소 바로 밑에가 중문이이서 바다도 바로 볼수 있는 아주 매력있는 숙소이다 3년째 계속 머물고 있으며 올해만 벌써 4번째 방문이다 강추임!!

It is a chalet that we stayed in for 4 nights. Although the booking website claims it can sleep up to 4 people, there's only a queen sized bed. I have to pay krw10k to get an extra set of mattress and pillow which is perfectly fine. The problem is that the extra set of mattress and pillow consists of a mattress for single person and one pillow. At the end, i have to request for another pillow (free of charge), so that my wife and two children slept on the bed and i took the mattress on the floor. I think the hotel can be more attentive in their service. Other than that, the place is clean. Chalet is equiped with kitchen and fridge. They have a nice pool and barbeque pit outside. Great hangout place for family and group of friends.

This place is great. I enjoyed the view of the mountains and seeing the pool although it is to cold to swim. The had a washer were you can wash your own clothing but no dry. However each room has it's own hanger where you can lay down the clothing to dry. Every thing you need to cook is there. The staff was very helpful. The car rental GPS works with phone # and the woman who helped me always provided the #. Making it easy for us to get to where we wanted to go.

Hotel located upper road in Sequipo city very quite and very spacious room. But you have to have car to getting around town because nothing near hotel and no public transportation. But if you want relaxing vacation this hotel is great and view was awesome too.

We arrived at Jeju I've quite late in the evening and, although the gentleman on the front desk did not speak much English, he showed us straight to our room and ensured we were well settled. The rooms are very spacious and warm (which we needed after long days out in the cold). The kitchen was good for what we needed and the bed was comfy. The free parking was fantastic. Location wise, it was very close to the trail starts for a couple of walks up Mount Hallasan. The only slight negative was the on site shop - it did not have much in it. So if you are planning to cook, make sure you get everything you need before arriving at the resort. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Was better than expected. The location was somewhat middle of no where, but I don't think anyone would go here without a (rent) car. The property itself was very good and well-maintained. There was quite a nice swimming pool, but it was only opened in summer. The room(a small house) that we stayed had balcony so it was very nice to sit outside and feel the fresh air.

Great location for big Families or a quiet get away. Sits right under Mt. Halla (Hallasan) and still very close to Seogwipo or Jungmun. Fabulous place.

This resort needs to be enjoyed when the weather is warm... the pool is not heated, and it is pretty far from town - so you will need a car to get around for sure... also - they use melanine plates - which are rather dangerous/toxic for microwave use...

Great place for families with children for a brief vacation/glamping or for couples or a solo travellers looking for solitude, out of the city experience in the mountains. You must have a car or get a taxi (15,000KRW) to get to civilization; shopping, food, and sight seeing. For first time travellers to the island, one would do better in a central location nearby towns/cities. The two older male staff members at the resort were friendly and most helpful. The head honcho/younger male is not the friendliest nor overly accommodating.

We had a great stay at this resort. I would like to say that the room was great, and that it had all the facilities we needed. A kitchenette, and a nice bathroom. Overall the resort was great. The only downside I had was I didn't realise how far out of town it was. No reviews led me to this information. If we had a rental car I would have said it was perfect as I would definitely stay there again. But it cost about Won$10-15,000 for each trip to town, so this would add up if you wanted to go back and forth a few times over your stay. Other than that I couldn't complain. The staff were excellent, when the manager at the hotel found out we didn't realise they were out of town he offered to take us into town that morning as a form of compensation.
