i like the location near the subway.Frontdesk is acocmodating and friendly.

Nice place if you want to sleep. Lots of convient stores and food around you and not much distance from station. Just remember its inside a shopping building if you get confused.

Bit in need of a makeover, but generally very comfortable and stess free stay at a very reasonable price

It's an older hotel compared to others in Haeunde, but for the money, the stay was worth it.

EVERYTHING WAS AWESOME..

There was a small to our floor and then in our room as well. Very outdated rooms. Textured walls. Does have A/C and is in an ideal location.

Like the location as within walking to shopping and dining. Found nice halal indonesian restaurant nearby.

Super close to the Haewundae Beach. Reliable and reasonable price for 2!

Location was very convenient to the beach, the market, the strip and the Tesla SuperCharger station. Overall the stay was OK.Very efficient he kin and courteous staff. The property room looked much better in the picture. The furniture could use an update a long time ago.dust behind dressers, cracks along the tub, and outdated a/c system. It got hot in the room even with the heater off and reported the front desk. They could not turn on the a/c and asked me to open the windows at night. Could not do that either because the Air Quality Index was really bad. So we had a quite uncomfortable night sleep. Would not stay here again even for the low nightly rates.

A place to stay and rest. Nothing more, nothing less.

Um my room had bugs in the back of the bed

It was a pretty nice hotel especially for the price and the staff was very understanding when i wanted to extend!

This is my second stay at this hotel and I'm glad to say that the room was in much better condition than the previous room. The last room had some large gaps in the shower tub where water would get behind and some of the fixtures were loose and very worn. This room was still dated, but was in much better condition overall. Still not thrilled about the very expensive breakfast for what you get but there is plenty of other places to eat at including a very convenient Marketplace in Save Zone. There is also an excellent Thai massage right across the street.

I really wanted to give very high feedback for this hotel, but unfortunately there were things not par with other hotels. First of all, I did enjoy my stay at the hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly. I would certainly stay there again. My observations: 1) the room was very hot, particularly at night. There's a thermostat on the wall that didn't seem to do anything. The blower fan speed was on a separate console in the nightstand. I did not immediately locate it. There is a separate hidden module in the closet and I brought that down to about 20 degrees but the room would still not cool. The thermostat was reading 25 and 26 degrees Celsius which is rather warm. I ended up opening the windows to let the cool air in but also the sounds of the city too, which wasn't entirely bad but not ideal for sleeping. 2) the lock on the deadbolt would not turn I had to slowly turn the knob in order to get it to lock. It feels like the mechanism inside is stripped or worn off. This is clearly a maintenance issue. 3) the bathroom shower is need of calking. there was large gap between the tub and the wall. Water leaking inside the wall can cause all kinds of mold problems. I Breakfast was ridiculously expensive for what you get...see photos GOOD Fantastic view on either side of the building from the 10th floor and up. Very pleasant stay Fantastic location it seems like it's 5 minutes away from everything you want to do

Not really clean, there was strange smell in the room. most of the staff can speak good English. The location is convenient

This is an old hotel with a new name. My non-smoking room smelled of smoke on the second day. They said they couldn't change the room because they said the hotel was full; it wasn't. There were flies in the room from the drain in the bathroom. There was mold in the ceiling in the bathroom. There were holes in the sheets. Stay somewhere else.
