Came in Dec winter. Clean place. Friendly host who lent me an adapter. Hauendae market (a line of street food, yummy) is just below the guesthouse. The room was quiet despite the market being crowded at night. Walking distance to the beach and the subway station too. Everything good!

Steven runs a tight ship. Some folks may not be used to being told a lot of rules once you check in, but they're implemented for the comfort and benefit of all guests (including you). The location is convenient to the beach and is also right next to the night market, and about 1-5 min walk to buses and 10 min walk to the subway. This is a good choice if you are a solo traveler, couple, or small (quiet, well-behaved) family. The only thing that would have made our experience better is free breakfast, which we were told is coming soon.

Good location. Close to the beach and the metro. Close enough to the wild parts, but far enough not to wake you during the night. The walls are a bit thin (could hear my neighbor on the phone and use the lightswitch).

A tad pricey for what it is, but i suppose the area makes the rates higher. And i was there on the weekend during the summer.

Love the location and staffs. Staffs are super helpful and kind; they were always checking to make sure we have everything we need. They were seriously the best accommmdation staffs I have encountered in all my travels around the world. Will gladly stay there again. Definately the best budget-friendly accommodation i've stayed!
If i must mention an area for improvement to recommend, i can only think of offering peanut butter for breakfast instead of just strawberry jam for toast...and maybe some teabags as well :)

Steven was an excellent manager. He made a simple breakfast every morning for the guests who chose to dine there in the morning. Made sure the coffee was stocked and provided local tips. However, there is no elevator and the rooms are located on the second floor. So if you have any heavy luggage you will have to carry it up 2-3 flights depending on where your room is. Each room comes with your own bathroom and there is common area. The walls however are slightly thin so you may hear your neighbors. Located very close to the beach in Haeundae. Subway station is about an 8 minuet walk. Great night life and many food options right around the corner. I recommend staying here!

We had a short but pleasant stay at this guesthouse. Our room was very clean and we slept comfortably in the bunk bed. Location was great, the market is around the corner, and it is only a few minutes walking to the beach and public transport. Staff was very friendly and helpful, showing great hospitality!

The room is small but comfortable and clean. It takes less than 10 minutes walk from the subway station. The location is close to the beach, tourist attractions and many restaurants. The guesthouse is cozy and well managed by the owner. I enjoy my stay very much.
