A superb "airport hotel". At the edge of the Incheon Airport island so completely serene and overlooking a seascape only slightly marred by development. Rooms are spacious, staff is excellent and competitive in pricing. The breakfast is fabulous, albeit well priced at an additional $25...eat enough to skip lunch. The hotel is so good that it seems many guests are locals doing "staycations", perhaps before or after flights. The shuttle is not as frequent as you might expect but it does arrive promptly. The pool area is very busy.

For my very short overnight stay This hotel was excellent. It wasn't far from the airport. They provided a shuttle and it had every amenity that I would need. Situated in a beautiful area.

It’s the first time for me and this hotel has many great stuff. Rooms are very clean and other amenities are also great. The sauna is complimentary for registered hotel guests. They also have open air public bath which is awesome! They have outdoor pool named, The Strand which you have to pay 24,000 won extra for daytime use (5 hrs) and its waters are so warm, it s a warm-water pool. They have a convenience store on lobby floor and There is a nice walking trail around the building.

What can I say except give praise where it’s due — this is a true 5-star hotel in every sense. The rooms lacked absolutely nothing: slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, shower caps, lotion, iron, Bluetooth speakers, LG flat-screen TV, study desk, and every connectivity option you could need, including USB-A, USB-C, 2-pin and 3-pin sockets. The views overlooking the lake, sea, and surrounding islands were stunning, and being only around 15 minutes from Incheon by taxi made the location even more convenient. Everything was immaculate, from the beautifully scented lobby and lifts to the spotless rooms themselves. The rooms were spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, complete with balconies, blackout curtains, soundproofing, and a cosy lounge/coffee area with an L-shaped sofa. I genuinely couldn’t fault my stay here. This hotel delivers luxury, comfort, and attention to detail at the highest level. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Easily 6 out of 5 stars for me.

Oh my goodness! What an incredible hotel! My room on the top (11th) floor was what i had before...such an amazing layout and view! Amenities are terriffic. Onsite restaurant is pricey, but oh so fantastic! Staff are all fluent in English and very friendly. Great mini-mart inside as well. Easy free shuttle to catch nearly hourly. Will ALWAYS stay here when i come through Incheon.

Loved our stay at Nest Hotel. Beautiful interior and exterior designs. Breakfast was a top notch and staff were professional. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was well equipped. It felt like I went on a relaxing vacation before getting on a long flight. Definitely staying here when I come back to Korea.

Well maintained facilities

I love the staff and will definitely be coming back and staying here. Also love the kitty outside I missed my cats away from home it was good to see a cat while staying here

Very cool

There was nobody there to help us with our suitcases when we got to the hotel (we had 4 suitcases). We also found dirt on our carpet near our bed. The bathroom was clean and spacious and the overall room set up was nice, also only a 10 minute drive to the airport.

Pros - indoor and outdoor children’s play areas. CU onsite for quick, reasonably priced snacks Rooms are clean and spacious. We had read that they offered no in room amenities but found all the normal offerings (large containers of soap, shampoo in the shower) individual q-tips and cotton swabs, etc. con - the restaurants onsite are expensive I had read that the pool/ beach area was not included and charged a separate usage fee. We did not end up using it due to weather so cannot confirm this. The hotel is very dark interior.

The bidet is a little outdated, although the building itself is pretty modern. The bidet water spray is a bit too strong that it was hurting the targeted area. Not sure if the budget

Clean room and polite staff. Dinner buffet was over priced
