Orakai Insadong Suites

Quality hotel, spacious suites, great part of Seoul to stay in.

Great location. They upgraded our room to a one bedroom suite. Very nice room. However, we were on the third floor and every noise outside could be heard. Next problem was the heat wasn’t working, and had several nights where the room temperature was 18C. Quite chilly, especially when the temperature outside at night was dropping to 4C. Was told by the front desk to turn the fan off. Pretty disappointing.

Spacious suites, clean and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, large pool, excellent location, breakfast buffet is worth it (just wish it varied more day by day since we ate there several days)

The location was wonderful and easily walkable to nearby cultural attractions and Palaces.

It is a great place to access shopping and restaurants, with a full kitchen and laundry machine.

Employees at the desk spoke English and were very helpful!

All staffs are so kind and honest. They found three items we forgetten. Also the location is perfect for tourism. All food for breakfast are high quality.

It was my 2nd time staying at Orakai Insadong Suites. Very convenient location where you can go any of subway stations within 5-7 mins (by walk), having a separate bedroom & livingroom is good, also having a kitchenette with a washer is a plus. Reasonable price, good customer service (any delivery services, including Coupang was convenient). Overall, I would like stay here again if I ever visit Seoul again. :)

We traveled from the US to Seoul for 9 nights. Overall we had an excellent stay! Pros: staff all spoke English, public transit nearby (tons of things in walking distance too), had sort of a resort feel with the pool, sauna, restaurant, and gym. We loved having three separate bedrooms to give our family of four a bit of space. The full kitchen was a major bonus for cooking breakfasts. The water pressure and hot water capacity were both robust. There is a 7-11 right across the street with a grocery store maybe half a mile away. Very helpful. We also appreciated that there is both a blow dryer and a washer/dryer in the suite. An iron or steamer would have been a nice bonus. Cons: the carpet is stained in multiple areas. The non-carpet areas of the suite were all nice; they should consider just running that flooring throughout the entire suite. There were also a lot of knicks and scuffs in the furniture. Not a huge deal, but there was definitely a dingy vibe to some of the areas of the suite that could easily be remedied. There are very few TV channels in English so be sure to bring your own media if that’s your thing (no option to log into Netflix or anything like that). Our family of four would definitely stay here again!

This is my family 2nd trip to this hotel. 10/10 will definitely recommend

All the staff at hotel are very accommodating. Well spoken (English) and extremely polite.Hotel is in a perfect location for must see sights in the insadong and surrounding areas. Coffee shop and restaurant on backside of hotel are excellent. No need ro second guess this place is Awsome.

There was no iron in the suite, we asked the reception, they said they will
