Poor service

Very quiet and safe, though location is convenient and right on the subway station.

It is a wonderful hotel. Incredibly courteous and kind staff. We will never stay anywhere else.

We had two times of staying at Park Hyatt Seoul this year. The first time staying at the hotel we had a issue with double charges. Recent trip we booked 2 rooms for the family trip. However one of the room had the issues with plumbing for the several times and no heater for both rooms at night when the temperature was -4 degree Celsius. I did report to the concierge at the hotel but a hotel manager gave us one free breakfast meal with all those causes. All our family had to suffered with cold symptoms for several days. We have never expected 5 star rated hotel's staying with bad compensation from trouble staying.

Great location next to Coex, high ceilings and good size rooms. Nice room but hotel has very small lobby on 24th floor. Subway construction at hotel intersection which caused some noise. But otherwise hotel staff adn service was excellent.

We traveled with our 10 year old son, and a couple friends of us. This is a very clean and pretty hotel. There was an underground subway, which was very convenient to move within the city. Their staff if very professional. Thank you.

24/7 construction around hotel make it very noisy which was not disclosed at time of booking.

This is a wonderful hotel. Rooms are great. Excellent facilities - the pool and gym had amazing views. Room was extremely comfortable. The ground floor entrance hall is very basic, small, and you are greeted by the hotel staff (bell service, help with elevators, taxis, etc). You then take the elevator up to the top floor to check in at the small true lobby, which is attached to a very nice cafe room and lounge where you can sit and have tea or food. Then you have to take another elevator back down to your room. The hotel is relatively small despite being 24 floors. There are only maybe 8-10 rooms per floor (or less). So there was not a lot of elevator waiting - at worst a couple minutes for elevators, usually less. The staff is all wonderful, so friendly and helpful. The downsides: this area is undergoing massive construction at basically all hours. Not terribly loud but definitely some background noise. It is also along extremely busy streets. The neighborhood is not really the heart of Seoul either - it is much more of a mall/convention center or business area - far from the real heart of Seoul, a 30 minute cab ride or 30-40 minutes on subway. The food and drinks are very expensive, like to get a cup of coffee in the lounge was something like 15,000 won which is over 10$. THere is no real lobby bar - just a lounge underground. The breakfast was amazing though. 58,000 won for the buffet, but probably worth it for the variety of great things

Loud noise construction for a whole 10 days

Impeccable service, nicely designed hotel, great breakfast. Only issue is that there are constructions by the road which may be beard in the room, but they do provide earplugs if it is a bother to you. Great stay, highly recommneded.

To check I , one need to take elevator 4 to the 24th floor after check in you need to take elevator 1 down to your floor. You need to go to 24th floor each time you leave and enter the hotel. HOW INCONVENIENT!! Terrible set up. Only one roll of toilet paper and only one box of tissue. Breakfast buffet looked artistic and fancy, but no substance. Just pretty looking food. Terrible, worst hotel.
