Good overall

Amazing check in, stay and check out. The hotel is clean, modern and chock full of amenities on site plus a lot do do around it’s location. Would highly recommend for any business trip in Suwon. Service again… top notch!

2 weeks at Ramada and we have enjoyed our staying. Clean rooms and awesome service..1 thing i can point out is parking ramp was very cramped so i almost got damage on my vehicle.

Noises coming from adjacent room

The hotel room operates only if you have the room key in a slot by the door. Therefore the A/C would shut off while out of the room. Even over night, the A/C did not cool though. Asked for extra pillows and at first the staff wanted to charge me for them. Booked this hotel primarily based on the dining options but only the buffet was operational due to renovations. Several options near by for food though. There is a hospital across the street so prepare for sirens around the clock. The room was also not what was pictured so it seemed a little tiny and out dated. Pros: felt safe during the stay, could walk to convenience store and some dining near by, bus stops near by, and gym was easily accessible.

Location

It is an old hotel with 4 stars rating. A refresh would make a difference for a good location near to the tourist hot spots in Suwon.

Check in was easy and the room was spotless. Sheets and towels were crisp and floor didn’t have any weird visible stains. Mattress was stiff and hard but that was the only complaint. Breakfast buffet was worth the upgrade. The views from our room were amazing and the staff was very helpful.

17층 Executive 에서 가장 끝 방에 있다 보니 높이만큼이나 뷰도 좋았습니다. 객실도 깨끗하고, 프론트의 직원들도 매우 친절하고 대응도 빨랐습니다. 옛날 방식의 에어콘이다 보니 온도가 빨리 내려가지 않는 부분은 요즘처럼 더운 날에는 약간은 아쉬운 부분입니다만 뭐 그 정도야. 코로나 때문에 뷔페가 단품 운영하게 된 것 또한 아쉽지만, 조식 식당이나 중식당도 괜찮았습니다.

Staff are very helpful. I will stay here next trip.

I booked a room for three adults and we checked in after midnight. An extra bed wasn’t prepared in advance and a staff advised because of late check in, they may not be able to provide the bed but need to double check. We didn’t bother and ended up two of us sleeping on one of the single beds. There were also two shower towels and slippers only and so we had to call the reception. Overall not very satisfied.

It was wonderful I really enjoyed my stay
