Only reason for making a reservation at Sondo-Ramada was because the website said they have a spa on site so decided to stay here to avoid the crowd. But the info about the spa was not true! I’m so mad. They changed it to sauna for men-only! LAST YEAR so please update! The sink didn’t drain and hair and etc. were stuck. Gross! I tried to call the front desk but then the phone didn’t work. The line was NOT busy which they tried to say... was broken. So I went down to the front and got a new room. Waste of money...could have stayed at the new spa in town!

Nice welcome and easy check in but I arrived fairly late evening, 21.30, and there was nowhere open to have supper or a drink. Luckily there was a bar just outside the hotel.

The hotel staff shown good hospitality during my stay in which they helped me to find the irresponsible person who blocked my parking and dry cleaned my clothing in short period of time due to malfunction self washing machine & dryer. Keep up the good work.
