Excellent location, easy check-in, friendly staff.

Overall its clean, location is great only a few minutes from hongik exit, receptionists are friendly, room is quite clean and with toasts/ 3in 1 coffee for breakfast. However: I was shocked when I realised there is no lift only a narrow staircase and my room was on 3rd floor. Travellers with big luggages so take note of this. There is no breakfast area with chairs, so have to bring breakfast back to room. No water dispenser , but water boiler is provided in the room.

Hotel location is good, near MRT station, many Restaurants and walking street. Room is clean and rather new. Free laundry with detergent and many clothes line in rooftop. It's good for long stay. Breakfast is less than in the picture but it's ok. Hope to stay again if we go KR again. :)

This location of this guesthouse is great,very near the Hongik subway. The staff is very kind to give us the room on the first floor cuz we have 2 big luggages. However,the bathroom is really small and the bed is also kind of tight for 2 people.

Worn but still in good condition and well-cleaned. Service was cheery and very helpful. Bed linens are ultra comfy. Bathroom is a tad cramped and showering is awkward. Unforunately, two small cockroaches appeared in my room on two separate nights - that was a bummer.

Stayed here on very cold days of February in 2018. Location is about 5 minutes walk from hongdae station (if u choose the correct exit). Place is great and really accommodating. They let us check in early because the room was free the night before. People at service desk are very friendly and willing to help if there are any issues. I would definitely stay here again. It’s a bit of a walk from the crowded hongdae area but close enough to everything :).

I love this guesthouse. It located in a convenient area (both subway and arex). They have two building: the one shown on this website and another building which is nearby. I was in the second building. The room is bigger and cozier than it shows in website. 👍👍👍 GREAT!! However, since i was there in winter time, the weather was cold and there are no heater in the bathroom. 😭😭. They provided breakfast from 8-11am (corn flake, fruits, bread&jam, muffin, yogurt, milk and coffee)

I booked this place very last minute - only planned to stay in Seoul for a night but something went wrong with my visa back to China and couldn't board my plane. I booked this at the airport. Kim the manager was lovely and very helpful. I picked it based on other reviews I read, mainly for it's cleanliness. Once I got there it didn't feel as clean as everyone said it was but still clean enough - I guess the place was 'worn in' - not sterile. It was quite easy to find because Kim sent me a downloadable map with clear instructions of how to get there. The location was brilliant - just across the road from Hongkik Univeristy subway station and near a strip of shops and cafes. It was a cute little room with am amazingly comfortable bed and I got over it not being as sterile as I hoped - felt more 'homey' than 'hotelly'. They provided a free breakfast from 8-11am, with coffee, juice, fruit, muffins - it was a nice little spread although I always left the room too early or too late the enjoy it properly. The bathroom was tiny like everyone else said on these reviews and took a while to get used to but I was grateful for a nice hot shower every night. The lighting in the room was very nice. It was a great last minute find; I was well rested and had everything I needed: kettle, water filter, hairdryer, towels. This trip could have been a disaster due to my visa problems and not being able to board my plane but it was very enjoyable staying here and I had a great time in Seoul.

It was great even though we arrived like around 1 in the morning. The staff is nice as well. We can message her anytime through email and she replied quite fast. A very accessible hostel to subway station (very near just in front of the hostel) and near the food corners, convenience stores and shopping areas as well.

Great location, friendly staff, nice room and yummy breakfast! I'd definitely book a room once again if I travel to Seoul again :)

Located 5-8 mins walk from the subway. Room is small with very basic room amenities. Walls are thin. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Perfect little guest house tucked away behind the newly famous park strip in Hongdae, which featrues a great little American style breakfast spot called the "Travel Maker" which does it all up proper for your morning meal! I stayed in a single room with private bath and as I travel to Korea often on business staying in various single rooms in various guest houses, I can honestly say this is one of the nicer ones with a very convenient location. I would definitely stay here again!

The service feels more like a hotel than a guesthouse. Staff was very helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was tasty. We will definitely stay here again! Steps away from the subway station and close to the Hongdae shopping district.

The staff Kimberly speaks English and Chinese very well and also was helpful. The room was clean and big except the bathroom was quite small. The guesthouse is very close to the Hongik-University subway station exit 3 about 2 minutes walk.

Fantastic stay. The room was large and the bed lovely! Not hard like most Korea mattresses. If you're used to a big western bathroom then this might not be the place for you, but the water temperature and pressure were heavenly. Very close to a subway exit and there is so much to do and see in the near by area. I'd definitely stay again.

10 night stay. A good area to be. Rooms small but nice, very small bathrooms! Overall though, nice - I would stay there again. Can be a bit noisy at night with the rooms next door. Lots of Chinese who do not observe the signs about being quiet after 11pm (perhaps the signs should be written in Mandarin?). Nice landlady (Kimberley).

The location of guesthouse is great, just next to railway station and within 3mins. The room look like quite old and toilet quite small. There is no kitchen in guesthouse.

I stayed there for two nights. The hostel located near the exit 3 of Hongik University subway station. With the help of the guide map provided by hostel, it is easy to find the place. The staff is nice, friendly and helpful. I had a pleasant stay in Seoul Mansion.

I said here 3 days I did not stay in the main building but in the 2nd building they have which was even better for me because its literally closer to exit 3. Overall, I will be looking for this hotel when I vacation again. Pros: spacious room, all the amenities like the filtered water jar very convenient, 2-3 mins away from arex line(airport line) and line 2, good customer service (if I needed anything I could go to the building and someone would be available) a/c and floor heating, I had a late night check in and the instruction for self check in were very clear Cons: VERY THIN WALLS I could hear every noise the next room made that included the moments they would use their facilities. there is stairs even to the 1st floor. Internet would go in and out after the first 2 days. you can only open the bathroom window to let in fresh air. overall tip if u dont want to climb stairs ask for a room in the st floor.
