Hard to find the hotel. There is no front door.

Room clean. Great services.

This hotel is nearly impossible to find. The instructions given by the hotel were vague. They said which door to pick up the shuttle from, but not the shuttle route/name. We also weren't told the stop we needed. We were told to take a shuttle from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1, and then to get on a second shuttle to the hotel. Which stop? Which line? Your guess is as good as mine. I believe the airport shuttle 3 line will go straight from Terminal 2 to International Business Center, which is what I think the stop is. If you get lost, the Hyatt is a doable walk from the hotel (map said 9 minute walk, but we did it in about 6). I think we ended up on shuttle 4, which stopped at the Hyatt but not at International Business Center, even though it says it does stop there. I wish we'd gotten off at the Hyatt. Instead we went all the way to Terminal 1, realized we had no idea which bus to take next, then just took a cab back to the Hyatt and walked. The hotel was clean enough, but kind of dreary. Stay here if you need to be near the airport, but be sure to research how to get here ahead of time. INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS CENTER or GRAND HYATT stops of the shuttle will get you there.

The only difficulty I had was actually finding it once I reached the building. There were no signs on the ground floor and I did not receive the Whatsapp giving directions prior ro my arrival

Good and comfortable place close to airport.

Worked for us. A single night stay near the airport. Way basic no frills. Check in process could use some clarification, but it was ok and following the steps in order helped them make sense. Room was clean and big.

Sky Guestel guest service was very convenient and helpful. All amenities were in good working condition and was a perfect one night stay before using the free shuttle right out front to get to the airport the morning after.

Stayed there one night btw flights. The owner is super friendly and detailed. She sent instructions on how to get there and surrounding services. The place is clean and quiet. Easy access from the airport by bus (which runs every 10mins)

Reminded me of a small dorm but really comfortable, safe and it was cute room..

I agree with all the other comments. Location and convenience make it a good option as an overnight hotel. You can’t beat the price. I expected cleanliness to not be great as per other comments. The beds are comfy and they were clean but the bathroom looked liked they pulled the last guests towels out only. Mirrors were pretty gross. We were booked in as 4 people but they left towels for 2 only. But as crazy as it sounds I would stay here again. Korean chicken on the next block was to die for delicious!

My family and I stayed at the Sky Guestel because we had an early flight at the nearby airport. The room number and code to get into the room was emailed to us. We never saw anyone that worked there. The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The only problem that we had was that the air conditioning unit was loud. Thanks.

Beautiful hotel. Nice views, and great shower. Very clean and the staff are very friendly and approachable.

Nice comfortable stay, we stayed for an overnight connection. My only complaint is that the water is extremely hot no matter where we put the handle. My kids had a difficult time showering before headed out. Overall, spacious room and comfortable bed, I got really great sleep.

The hotel is several studio apartments on one floor of an office and residential building in a safe neighborhood close to the airport with a couple of cafes and a convenience store nearby. There is no reception desk, only a person who lives on the floor and is not always available. Check-in is all by email. I downloaded the KakaoTalk app to ask for arrival instructions from the airport.and they sent instructions to arrive by a free shuttle service that runs between the terminals and the hotel snd other businesses. The room was clean and comfortable with shampoo etc. but only small paper cups for drinking, no cups to use with the plug-in water boiler. Mini-kitchen area with a mini refrigerator but no pans or microwave. It served its purpose of one night close to the airport at a reasonable price, but the absence of a front desk person could be an issue if you need something or have questions.
