This is the best hotel. Very strategic near Myeongdong Street. Only a few steps to Myeongdong Station or the airport bus stop. Every time I go to Korea, I definitely stay here. The price is very affordable and you have to book it well in advance because it is often fully booked.

Welcome to Myeongdong Sunshine Guesthouse. Thank you for your reservation. Our reception operates from 7 AM to 11 PM Lunch break from 12 PM to 2 PM. Check-in time is at 3 PM. Early check-in is available from 12 PM to 2 PM for an additional cost of 10,000 WON per hour. If you arrive early, you can store your baggage and check in later. For late check-ins, please use the back entrance. Access after 11:00 PM is only through the back door, and the [Password : 8888*] Remember to pull the door first before press the password. Please check the photo of back entrance. on your booking website Check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out is possible with a charge of 10,000 WON every 30 minutes If you need to extend beyond 1 hour, we charge one day room cost. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire building, with a fine of 100,000 WON or USD $100, and immediate check-out. Common area access is from 8 AM to 10 PM. Please refrain from using the common areas after 10 PM to ensure other guests' sleep. We do not provide breakfast service. Wi-Fi ID: Your room number / Password: Located behind the room door. If the rubbish bin is full, kindly dispose with the recycle to the bins near the elevators. After remove the waste, you can collect a new plastic bag from the 7th floor. Also, New towels, toilet papers, and other amenities In case of a lost room key, a charge of 20,000 won will be applied. -Parking, please inquire with the parking attendant on the first floor, The main entrance of the building is on the left side of the building. The staff are friendly, greet with a smile, explain the room rules well. The room is clean, okay, but it is still hot at night. The air conditioner cannot be used. It is an automatic system. I could not sleep all night.

All the basic necessities you need to rest and refresh are provided. The size of the room is just nice for you to put your luggage open on the floor with extra space to move around. You can have bread, eggs, cereals, milk, juice and coffee for breakfast. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for the budget price you pay. Would stay here again if I come back!

the room is spacious. there is hot water and room heater during winter. a lot of fun. near the airport shuttle suttle. down Myeongdong exit 4 immediately see the building sunshine writings. the hotel is located on the 7-8th floor. the initial entry was somewhat confused Because to go to the 7th floor had to go down on the 6th floor and move the elevator. the rest is ok. unfortunately I only transit a few hours after being tired all day for night flights

My friends and I liked the location of the guesthouse. It is very near Myeongdong shopping area, near the subway, church and 1 ride away from Namsan Tower. Breakfast is also very good but I hope they can give alternate choices every morning. :) Also they should provide atleast 1 big towel per person for the whole stay as we were expecting big towels to be provided. But overall we like our stay and we will be staying here again😉
