It is nice hotel with excellent service in the restaurants and delicious food, excellent reception service and excellent room cleaning service, pool/yakuzzi etc. Rooms are comfortable, everything is working. Convenient location and communication. We were enjoying stay in this hotel very much and can strongly recommend for others.

Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. This property's fitness center, swimming pools, sauna and golf driving range are closed every first Wednesday of the month. Breakfast is not included in the breakfast rate plan for children ages 3-12, and can be requested onsite for the listed child breakfast fee. There are no breakfast fees for children ages 2 and under. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. The outdoor pool fee varies seasonally. In high season (June 21-August 20), the fee is KRW 50,000 per adult and KRW 25,000 per child aged 3-15, Monday-Thursday; and KRW 60,000 per adult and KRW 30,000 per child aged 3-15 on Friday, Saturday, and public holidays. In low season (August 21-June 20), the fee is KRW 30,000 per adult and KRW 15,000 per child aged 3-15, Monday-Thursday; and KRW 40,000 per adult and KRW 20,000 per child aged 3-15 on Friday, Saturday, and public holidays. It is property policy that infants under 36 months old must wear waterproof diapers in the outdoor swimming pool. Breakfast may be served in 2 time slots (7-8:30 AM and 8:30-10 AM), depending on hotel occupancy.

The family room is very nice. It's a smart room. They clean and provide towels, water etc daily . Personnels are helpful and pleasant. Our view from the family room is amazing!! We can see the Seoul tower from our room. The only thing I don't like is the poor access to subway. We practically call Uber taxi each time. A bit hefty for the whole duration of our stay ( 4 days). Their buffet breakfast was yummy. Variety of choices. The cafe latte is a bum!! I would recommend this hotel when your in myeongdong area.

We stayed here for 1 week with 5 different families. We had a family trip together. They were very helpful and kind! The price was very reasonable as well! We loved here!! Easy structure parking for free as well!! I loved their service a lot

It’s a lovely hotel with spacious rooms. Not many places nearby, need to walk out to find a convenience store or restaurant. Airport limousine stops here, very convenient.

Room comfort was good. Throughout my stay housekeeping replenishment was poor. had to ask almost daily for towels, coffee capsules etc. no more umbrellas to hand out on rainy day.
I asked about VIP benefits on check in but was told they were NOT an Expedia VIP hotel.

We spent four nights at the property in late Novemeber and early December of 2024 and was very happy with our stay. It's a clean, modern hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms, and the breakfast at the King's restaurant is outstanding. The location is good. It's a short walk from train stations and the Dongdaemon Design Plaza. I would definately stay at the property, again.

The hotel itself was beautiful, very clean and modern rooms. The views from the lounge were superb.
There was a distinct lack of vegetarian food options at all of the restaurants within the hotel which was disappointing.
