One of my fave hotels in the Jongno area because it's near Insadong and many shopping areas. The staff are friendly, the room is clean, and there is laundry and water refills. Very strategic location with many food streets.

Great location! Insadong just 2 minute walk. Room was not very big but it’s okay if you plan to be out touring most of the time. Bed a bit too firm. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean… I went out all hours of the day and night and never felt like I was in an unsafe area. It was a quick walk to many of the sights in Seoul which was super easy for tourists and food options nearby were aplenty. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in Seoul!

Conveniently close to Insadong, walkable to Gyeongbokgung palace, and subway is about 2 blocks away. Room is small but beds and shower are relatively comfortable. Very little space in the room to handle luggage for 2 people. Breakfast was more than adequate.

Nice stay. Every area is accessible in town, easy commuting via public transport. Staffs are accommodating and even help us booked a cab to the airport because our flight is too early. They have good breakfast selection as well if you want to try authentic korean cuisine. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel near metro stop. Room was quiet and the ac was excellent which was important sense we were here during a record heat wave. The room was compact but had everything we needed. Nice shower amenities My only complaint was hard pillows which some people might like. The neighborhood was very walkable with lots of restaurants nearby

Very clean, easy check in and out, easy to find, English no problem, helpful staff. Breakfast was so-so but had a decent variety of both Western and Korean options. Firm mattresses, one in our party did not like. Down pillows were nice but sink a little too much for my taste. AC was fantasic. Short walk to bus stop, metro, a moneybox, and main tourist area of Insadong but enough away for quiet nights. Loved the bathroom amenities but in the room we were in the shower was a sort of frosted glass from half way up. You could see everything, top up, of whoever was in the shower if the bathroom light was on. This can be awkward for a family with older children. Laundry, vending machine, small gym, and water station on 2nd floor. Overall, would stay again.
