Excelente servicio, las empleadas muy amables y serviciales, el desayuno muy bueno y siempre a tiempo, el hotel muy fácil de llegar, siempre limpio y con mucha variedad de tiendas de conveniencia y restaurantes a su alrededor, en fin si vuelvo a Busan definitivamente volvería a quedarme aquí

Everything was great except for the elevator game. Annoying that each elevator is controlled by its own button, so everyone presses all the buttons and thus the elevators ended up stopping at so many floors. A minor inconvenience to an otherwise comfortable and affordable stay. The lockers for your luggage before and after check in is secure and convenient

Perfect place to enjoy and explore everything at Haeun-daero

The location is awesome, it’s right next to the Haeundae, walkable to the beach and food street. I chose the ocean view room and it’s so gorgeous. However, if you choose room cleaning, they will be cleaning from 10 AM- 3 PM and won’t suggest you stay in the room. Also one staff I talked to wasn’t helpful, when I asked her if she could give me some water, she pointed at the vending machine and asked me to purchase it, while I literally saw the water fountain was 10 meters away.

The staff are polite, but really don’t speak much English and if you ask them any questions, you won’t get an answer But, they can book a taxi and always smile.

The rooms are very clean. The buffet exceed my expectation. The laundry is convenient next to the lobby and inexpensive. Overall a great experience.

All the front desk staffs were always nice, friendly and helpful. We loved the location, and the complimentary breakfast the offered was really nice to have. The rooms were a bit smaller side and compact but their location, price and complimentary breakfast made it all up. We’d definitely go back next time in Busan.

Very nice hotel, and very close to haeundae beach and a shopping street. Public transportation was less than a 10 minute walk, plus they had complimentary breakfast.

My family and I traveled to South Korea from the United States. We stayed and the Toyoko Inn in Busan for three nights. The room was very nice, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is close to a beautiful beach with a lot going on, especially during the weekend. The staff were all very nice, and we especially enjoyed the complementary breakfast. We also enjoyed the pajamas that were available to borrow in the lobby. We would definitely stay there again.

Awesome! If you like the traditional Korean breakfast this is the place to go…if you are looking for a continental breakfast like in USA maybe you can skip it.

Excellent breakfast, close to the beach.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I had to cut short my stay in Busan and a lady on reception helped with refunding the difference. The room was nice and the breakfast in the morning was a buffet with plenty of choice - not what we in the west would normally choose but enjoyable and as much or little as you wanted.

We had a family room with a view of the sea. The location is great, and breakfast was provided—a simple yet satisfying Korean buffet. There are washing machines and dryers available at a very reasonable price, and single-use detergent can also be purchased on-site. It's about a 10–15 minute walk to Haeundae Station, with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and fuss-free hotel.

Decent location, close to the beach and a short walk will get you to the walking street. There a MCdonlds around the corner so I could get an early morning coffee. Nobody seem to enjoy early morning coffee in BUSAN, MCd was it. It’s clean, the staff was decent. If you’re looking for a budget stay Toyoko Inn tickets the boxes

Other than check-in, we had no further interaction with the hotel staff. Everything needed was provided, including change of towels on our second day. The shower had good pressure and was big enough to create a pleasurable experience. The toilet is equipped with a bidet. Our view from the 18th floor was spectacular and we were able to see the Japanese island of Tsushima 48 km south through clear skies on our last day, as well as daily and nighttime views of Haeundae beach right below us. The breakfast was better than we expected with a broad selection and not marred by 2 broken coffee machines on our last day. Overall we highly recommend this hotel and location and will definitely return again in the future.

Super helpful staff. Somewhat affordable laundry at 2000 for wash and 1000 for dryer. Plenty of machines. Currency exchange in the lobby. Water and ice dispenser too. Skincare sachets, combs, robe also available in the lobby for complimentary. Breakfast was too crowded so I skipped some days but had plenty of options like boiled eggs, bread, rice and Korean soups.
