W Jiwoo Resort

I liked our stay a lot. The room and clean minus a few ants here and there, the room was so big with a projector over the bed and a tv. The bed was nice but the pillows were a bit thick. The hot tub so lovely I sat in there for like three hours looking at the water and mountains. The property seemed a big run down, dirt in the balcony and a few cobwebs but nothing crazy unappealing. The price was fair for the stay:) 4/5

People were friendly. Spoke a little English but had sheets with instructions in English. Room was big and very clean

Great little getaway with the view of the river. Quick drive to most places!

The property was right in the lake and was only a ten minute walk to the ferry for Nami Island. The staff was exceptional! Kind, courteous. The breakfast was delicious!! You pay the day before. So good!! There is a huge jacuzzi tub and it was so relaxing to soak in after a long day of walking the island.

Ho, the location is exact facing the nami Island, zipline and boat ride area. You must come in your own car if you want to roam around.

Short and easy walk from property to Nami ferry wharf. Room was very clean with great view of Nami Island. Staff were very friendly and check-in and check-out was easy despite language barrier as a copy of instructions was provided in english. Would stay here again.

Overall we had a good experience. Very close to Nami Island. Not allot of food choices. Easy parking, fairly quiet. Bed was comfortable but not a regulare pillow top like I would be use to. I would go again.

The property was very spacious and luxurious. The view is incredible beautiful. Very close to Nami island. Only things is leak of maintenance of the room. Some of the floor tiles are loose. Cleaning they can do better the eating tables are sticky.

Poor customer service.

Went on a solo trip here for my birthday. The entire stay was peaceful and the staff were absolutely friendly and helpful. Plan to come back again with friends and family the next time so they can experience too!

The receptionist kept speaking Korean to me though I told her multiple times that I couldn't understand her. It would have been great if she had used Google translate. There were no bedside tables or sockets by the bed. I couldn't change the temperature in the shower as it was so stiff. The small couch was broken in the framing underneath but usable. We couldn't change the underfloor heating temperature and so we turned it off completely as it was so hot. The bed was really comfy, the hot tub and the view was great with really good privacy.

Very good and pleasant stay. Loved the jacuzzi in the room, and river view. This is a very quiet hotel, slightly old, but very convenient for Nami trip

The original design of the resort with river views on private balconies, indoor jacuzzi, and movie projector is great, but the property isn't managed at the same level of sophistication. The lobby for check-in is inconveniently located and unhelpful in providing information about area attractions; rooms have no amenities comparable to a resort with kitchen facilities such as bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, etc. and guests are required to wash their dishes, take out their own trash, and unable to cook foods that "smell" or incur a penalty. Meanwhile, there seems to be no oversight on whether the dishes were actually washed adequately as the spoons in the room still had wet rice on them when we checked in. There was also a thick layer of dust on the kitchen utensils like the rice cooker, microwave, etc. which gave the impression that the place isn't managed well, despite the fancy name, location, and design. If not traveling by car, the location is also somewhat difficult to get to as it is up on a hill, removed from the center of town.

The hotel was really well located for Nami Island. The staff were super friendly and the room had recently been updated. The restaurant wasn’t open for Covid-19 reasons, but the hotel provided a great takeaway service. Would stay again for sure.

It was just what we needed. Just enough room for the four of us and in a great location. We’d recommend the place to our friends. The only thing that could have been better is a bigger or more comfortable couch. However, it wasn’t really that big of a deal since we spent most of our time watching tv from the beds in the loft.

It was very good to stay and want to stay again.

We loved the overall size of the room and jacuzzi was a plus. Our BIGGEST turn off was the cleanliness of the place! Dust, hair and bugs in our room! Considering that we checked in so late they could have had more time to clean the place! Also as a designer, get rid of the wooden divider! Just a place for dust and webs to collect. Probably won’t stay here again.
