The hotel area was clean so was the room. Staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast was really great - could choose from cold cuts, cheese or just cereal and pastry. Would love different cups for tea so it can stay hot longer and spills less. Those coffee cups don’t work well with tea. If you want your room to stay air conditioned while you leave it do not forget to keep the card key in the slot next to the entrance door. Removing the card cuts off power so the AC is off.

Booked this hotel for one night, walking distance to the train station. We arrived @ 11:00am and to our surprise the room was ready, so that was a plus! Room was clean, bed very comfortable, spacious bathroom and they kept our luggage for the day after check out. Front desk staff was very polite. We were very pleased with this hotel!

Our stay was very nice. We are a family of 5 and reserved 3 rooms. Every room was very clean. Staff was nice. The only drawback was the small lobby with no seating area. Did not get the breakfast option so cannot rate on that. The neighborhood outside is extremely dirty. Walking around became difficult because of all the poop on the ground. Inside the hotel is very nice.

The hotel itself was fine but the room was definitely for a single person and not suitable for 2 people at the price point. We paid $400 for one night during the first week of October and the room was extremely small with very low ceiling.

This hotel is a short walk from Atocha train station. Which is convenient for train travel. It was a very short walk from Reina Sophia, which is lovely and Reto Park. The center of town is a little far and required either taxis or public transportation. There’s a metro stop near the Reina Sophia that we used to get around. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was very nice. I would recommend it.
