This is my fourth stay at HelloSky. The perfect solution for a restful night after super long flights. I don't even want to taka a taxi, shuttle, or bus to a hotel. I just walk out of the baggage claim area, and I go down one floor to HelloSky. They are very courteous, polite, and very helpful.

If you are not stuck stay away from this dump. There are many hotels with airport shuttles which are far superior convenient and great. Do yourself a favor and give this place a miss

We stayed for one night here. The room was clean and had a coffee machine, mini bar and toiletries so we had everything we needed for a one night stay. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly too. Our room was fairly quiet although you could hear the metro passing by nearby, through the evening. Bed was comfy and the room felt clean.

Very nice staff and lovely room. I really appreciated that they had a receptionist there all night. The coffee maker didn’t work in my room and perhaps a small bottle of water for free might have nice. Otherwise a good experience!

Good place to stay when you have an overnight layover and your flight in is too late to go explore Madrid. You definitely pay for the convenience of being right at the airport though. Overall it was the best option for me.
