Great location, really friendly staff.

Great location just steps away from the beach. Staff were really friendly and the room was great with a lovely balcony overlooking the beach.

We stayed at Apartamentos Brisamar Canteras briefly in 2019 and enjoyed it very much, so returned in Sep 2024 for a longer stay. The location is fantastic, right on the beach about half way along the 3km promenade. Tons of restaurants and the beach is very well maintained. The property does need a bit of attention - we had some very sticky doors and a broken laundry rack, and the moving of chairs on marble tiles caused a lot of noise that transferred to apartments above and below (could easily be fixed with some pads or socks on the chair feet.). But the beds were extremely comfy, the staff mostly cheerful and helpful, and if we needed anything (such as a fan because no a/c) we only had to ask. Beautiiful sunset views from our balcony or the rooftop patio. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great value holiday accomodation. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. Friendly staff. Beach right on the doorstep! Plenty of restaurants & shops along Paseo Las Canteras. Close to City centre & shopping malls.

This time stayed in apartments with Garden View, personally thought it was a very boring and noisy outlook looking across to other peoples balconies. If you simply need a room for sleeping, these are for you. We would always choose a Sea View apartment in future. The location of the apartments is 100%, the staff are fantastic and the beach is brilliant. Easy access to anywhere in Las Palmas.

Great Sea-front apartment with excellent view & facilities.Centrally located for easy access to everything. I understand the courtyard apartment have been refurbished but it wouldn't take much to make these apartments 100%. Sticky front door, water pressure in bathroom sink, everything else was fantastic the way it was. Highly recommend these apartments we will be back.

Overall a nice stay. However, the place can be extremely noisy for the studios on the bottom floor. The apartments have a hard floor that is extremely noisy whenever the beds move. This creates sound from above which echoes to the floor below - if the bed moves above you may not get a good nights sleep. Recommend they put carpets or something under the beds to stop this happening. Other than that, it has an amazing view, great location. Cleaning staff are very friendly and room was clean

Pro's: Great location, right on Paseo Canteras and close to shops and restaurants. Lovely team. Great rooftop area. Con's: Rooms at the rear are very tired. We didn't have a hot shower all week, despite reporting on day 2. There is a little 15 litre hot water boiler that you have to wait 20 minutes to reheat to lukewarm after the first shower!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location directly at the beach promenade. Rooms are quite dated, beds small and not very comfortable. I’d still recommend the place and return (as I already did).

From check in to check out, everything was seemless. So extremely good value for money and I would highly recommend the sea view studio apartment, with balcony. The sound of the lapping waves, after a glass of wine, soon sends one to sleep on the comfortable mattress. This was my first stay at these apartments and I will certainly be RETURNING! I have been going to Las Palmas for many years and by using Hotels.Com this time, it helped my bank balance !!!!!!!

Great location, nice & clean. All was there that i needed. I just didn't realise that you asked for a hairdryer as there was none in the room. The bath was just cleaned with water but not with a cloth as this should be the standard as residue of the bath water was quite visible on the sides. Otherwise a good job

The property is aged with old elevators etc but it suited me and was in general good built state. The cleaning is done regularly and staff communication is great. I was happy to spend 2.5 weeks here without any issues at all.

Great place to stay! Right on the beach, plenty of shops and restaurants outside the door. Twin beds but it’s Europe. Not anything I can think of to complain about. Enjoyed my stay.

Great location, staff were pleasant enough rooms are dated & the beds small & not exactly comfortable for me , but it’s fine for a few days/ long weekend if you get it has a cheap deal you can’t go wrong location is a major bonus !

Well, if your looking for location, this is it. Just amazing! Right on the ocean promenade, everything literally at your feet. Wonderful restaurants, and the SPAR Express, where you can purchase to self cater. Staff were nice, considerate and happy to oblige if we had an issue.....which we did. Cleaning staff are amazing, They kept this older apartment hotel impeccably clean. This hotel comprises of two buildings joined by an awesome courtyard. The front of the hotel is where you can find all of the units with an ocean view. Really awesome. The back of the hotel consists of rooms facing the courtyard, and the other building with rooms facing the courtyard and a street. When we arrived we were given a room in the second building with a balcony overlooking the street. It is an older building, and our unit was somewhat run down, but very clean. Very noisy all day and all night. Not soundproof at all, to the extent of hearing the people next to us yawning. I kid you not. After 2 nights of not sleeping, we asked to be moved. Staff were very helpful and surprised that we thought it was so noisy. We were given a room in the first building, courtyard side, and I was pleasantly surprised. Better condition, quieter and although we did not have a balcony, we did have huge sliding windows that opened to the courtyard and it was wonderful. I totally recommend this hotel, if you stay in the first building, either ocean or courtyard view.

There was no kettle. Cold at night, really needed some heating. Was given some extra blankets, the blankets had other peoples hair on them

Wonderful sea-view from the balcony. Genuine drip coffee pot for making coffee in the morning. Refrigerator for keeping beer/wine chilled. Major transportation hub and grocery store blocks away. Terrific pedestrianized boardwalk directly in front of the hotel (i.e. quiet, no cars).

Great location. Seaside units fill up fast so book early.

Nice place on a good location. It’s a minute away from the beach. Close to the bus station as well. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly.
