Property and pool area were perfectly maintained staff very helpful great location to beach and areas of interest, one criticism was no Wi-Fi for Netflix etc

Room was clean and overall tidy. However, the spa experience was disappointing. I visited on Sunday and the sauna was switched off, while the spa water was cold, so it was not relaxing at all. The pillows could also be improved as they felt quite worn out and uncomfortable.

Great location and good facilities for the price. The heated outdoor pool was great too!

Schöne, saubere einfache Unterkunft, das Personal ist freundlich, das Frühstück Basic. Für Extras so wie Strandtuch-tausch muss man aufzahlen.

Beds were extremely comfy and the pool was heated and nice to have a dip in. Gardens are lovely and well maintained. Loved watching the local birds but wasn't as keen on the ants that seemed to appear when the weather was wet. They really weren't an issue and we didn't do anything about them.

Friendly staff, outdoor pool was heated which was a bonus.

The spacious clean apartment was nice, lovely staff, and the spa was good too.

Room cleaner to a high standard 5 days a week. Heated pool and spa are a very welcome bonus and unusual for accomodations at this price point in the area.

Overall, a very pleasant stay at El Palmar. The location is excellent - very walkable to the beach, restaurants, and also close enough to Yumbo without being noisy. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made a big difference. The gardens are beautifully maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the complex is calm and well cared for. The apartment itself was well equipped. We didn’t use the cooker, but everything looked clean and in good condition. The bed was comfortable, although it was made up of two single mattresses pushed together, which isn’t ideal for a couple. The only real downside was the shower - the water pressure was quite poor. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean and inviting. The spa jacuzzi was excellent and a real highlight, especially with the included one-hour free access. We also noticed people using the gym; it looked basic but perfectly adequate. Overall, a very good stay with great staff and location. We would happily return - just wish the shower pressure was better and the bed was a proper double.

I round like the beds to be made every day not necessary to change the sheets, but just the beds to be made rveyday

The Apartments are im a nice location great views. The rooftop has great views. Only thing is were there 5 nights and roof terrace bin not emptied all week or sunbeds rinsed daily or floor swept. Ive been many times to playa del ingles and defo my favourite very modern our Apartment sofa was not comfy needs replacing and the walls needed a paint refresh but on the whole brilliant stay.

I like it's quite,it's clean it's with good amenities,it's with great location near the beach and shopping centres and restaurants and bars,it have spa and gym,the staff are very friendly and welcoming.only thing I didn't had so good experience is that don't have air conditioning(but apparently on the whole island that's an issue). Overall great place and experience,will visit again.

I was surprised that there was no air conditioning in the room. But very spacious very clean and very lovely balcony

This accommodation is an absolute gem in terms of location. Close to the beach and to great nighlife. The staff are welcoming and friendly, the suites are exceptionally good, very clean, sunny balcony. The roof terrace is amazing and with a gym and spar on site too, theres not much else yoj could ask for.

Really good mid range price hotel/ apartment

Our key card didn’t work most of the time and it was a nuisance. The lady at the reception desk at 12pm on 14/12/24 was very rude. She had a very poor attitude to her job and had no interest in her customers at all. She needs training. The girl who was there at 4pm when we ordered our taxi to the airport was pleasant and had a smile on her face which makes such a difference. Apartment was lovely and cleaning staff were very nice and friendly and also helpful

Place had no air conditioning and small rooms. Reception service was terrible. The breakfast should not be based on a Britiish style of breakfast.
