Staff was amazing.

My first impression was a 5-star stay: The check in was easy, the facilities were clean, aesthetically pleasing, and the kitchen was well stocked with tea, coffee, filtered water and a kettle. However, it wasn't until we went to bed that we realized the pods were nothing more than fancy plastic boxes stacked on top of each other. There was very little sound insulation and you can hear everything outside your box. We were in the bottom pod and just like being in bunk beds, you can hear/feel whenever someone in the top pod moves. The worst part was that there was no a/c in the pods, just a little fan. So once inside, it quickly became quite hot. We ended up sleeping with our pod door cracked open. It's fine if you're a heavy sleeper or just staying 1 night. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel is clean and private, but this is not good kind of capsule hotel. It only offer the box and nothing else. The box has very little air circulation and I could hear everything from outside and I felt uncomfortable just being in the box. I poured juice inside and it was another nightmare. I felt a bad person just asking for getting a new sheets. It is a young traveller who wants to get an experience for the capsule box (not the real one) for over price. I would not use this again.

Excellent location, next to Metro/subway. Close to Carrefour Market and Lidl grocery stores. Surrounding area quite picturesque.

All in all, it is the location what makes this place a good choice. It is what is says in the tin. Personally, I prefer it to a bunk bed in a hostel because of privacy when you are in your "box" and epscially in vovid times. It is ckean and pleasant.

A really original place and experience ! The staff was nice! The others in the room were super noisy and the cabins are not soundproof at all. Also really hot and the vent is really noisy. The mattress were no good.

For et ryddig og rent og problemfritt opphold! Hvis du ikke er opptatt av glamour og fjas, men bare tak over hodet super sentralt i Madrid, så er dette stedet. Kapsler på rom med privat låsbar dør og egen locker for baggasje! I skikkelig Star Wars stil! Likte dette meget godt. 3 minutters gange fra T-bane og 5 min til fots til shoppinggate nr 1 i Madrid

Première fois de ma vie que je vois un hôtel d’une telle propreté ! L’odeur vous embaume de votre entrée à votre chambre. Incroyable, merci pour cela. L’expérience a été bonne. Vous accédez à votre capsule avec un badge, le même qui vous servira à verrouiller/déverrouiller votre casier. Une serviette de bain est à votre disposition. À l’intérieur de la capsule vous avez de la lumière, des leds, la climatisation, des crochets pour vos affaires ainsi que des prises électrique. Une cuisine est à disposition en « sous sol » avec des micro-ondes. Sèche cheveux à disposition dans l’espace sanitaire/douche. Très bon emplacement. Carrefour market à 2mn à pieds

Nice and clean and in a great location in central Madrid. Good service. If you’re sensitive to other people’s sleeping sounds, you won’t like this though.
