The hotel was quite good the staff were very helpful and friendly. It is a bit of a way out of the centre but that was not a problem for us. The children's pull out bed was a bit uncomfortable. I would stay here again.

Not the nicest part of down town. Bu takes 10 min to walk to the science center. About 30min to walk to the port. 10 min walk to lasrge shopping mall.

This is a fantastic, modern hotel with great transport connections outside the door to the city centre. The hotel seems to have been totally refitted very recently and it's very funky. On the downside, the Wifi in the hotel was very bad and almost unusable. The connection would drop every couple of minutes and made work very, very difficult. This issue was apparent on several devices and everyone in our party experienced the issues. They also require a new login every 24 hrs and this is really pointless. If they must have a login system, why not have the room number and booking surname? Also, the rooms would really benefit from a fridge!

Found a true local bar/cafe for Valenciennes paella.The best paella ever.

Nice location, nice hotel but staff was not very friendly. not easy to understand english only speaking spanish.

The hotel offered everything we required with friendly, helpful staff and parking. The room was clean and comfortable and even though we were close to a busy roundabout it was quiet. Taking a bus into the city centre was very easy and there were restaurants within a short walking distance in a commercial centre.

It's not that good, I knew I was not going to a good hotel but it was worse than expected.

Hotel is very clean and rooms are spacious. I thought it was a bit high considering the location but we stayed during a festival. Breakfast was a mad house because the hotel was full but crossants were delicious. Coffee and juice was from a machine so it tasted so so.

No nearby metro stop, so car is a must. We stayed for 7 nights, breakfast provided is basic and exactly the same every day. No chance for car parking on nearby streets (very heavily used) so the €15pd charge becomes necessary. Internet is an additional charge which I feel is a mistake by the hotel management Staff are pleasant and speak reasonably good English.

Hotel ideally situated for being close to La Fe Hospital. Breakfast was nice. Shower gel was empty in shower was my only complaint and the tv was very poor only 3 old analogue channels on a 20 yr old tv.

Bit out of the way , bus service is good from the street behind the hotel. Not much in the way of restaurants to eat in in the area. Hotel staff were excellent, but if the owners spent a few dollars to upgrade would be a help! Rooms are set up with sofa bed which is always made up so makes room a bit cramped!

NOT TOO BAD. THEY NICKLE AND DIME YOU FOR EVERYTHING. $15 A DAY FOR PARKING, $9 A DAY FOR WIFI, COFFEE (VERY GOOD) $1.50 PER CUP. BREAKFAST BUFFET IS A SAVING GRACE. GOOD LOCATION FOR A BIT OF A WALK TO THE SCIENCE AND ARTS CENTER. BUSES WERE CLOSE FOR OUR SIGHTSEEING DOWN TOWN. STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.

This hotel was a good base for us while staying in Valencia, it was clean and comfortable with a very good buffet breakfast. Would have liked to have been a little more central, but catching a bus or a taxi from outside the hotel was not a problem.

The rate for the room was reasonable the parking rate for customers should be part of the Hotels description on the web as it is excessive as is the internet charges. Breakfast was reasonable but again if you have to drive getting into the Hotel is a challenge.

Stayed one night. Had asked for non-smoking room but the bed sheets smelt of smoke. Otherwise good value for your money.

don't confused with Holiday Inn Hotel. if you want to use internet, then you have to pay money per hour. it's not small amount. and the location is not closed to down town, have to take a bus or taxi. nothing around the hotel. only one poor restaurante in next door. the heating system was not working well. it was really cold at night( it was FEB)
