Boutique Hotel Cordial La Peregrina

This hotel is a beautiful modern gem in a historic city. Room was spotless, bed was super comfortable and you can even sign into your Netflix! Tea/coffee and water was provided complementary and there is a mini fridge too where you can keep your drinks/snacks cool. The roof top bar/pool was just perfect. A quiet retreat during the day, with a small pool to dip in, and a chilled ambiance by evening, with cocktails and snacks available to purchase. The staff were incredibly welcoming and extremely helpful in providing us with support and information about getting around and travelling to the south of the island. Very well located. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants around and a super market just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if I come back to Las Palmas.

Perfect spot in the old town - really clean, comfortable and modern in a great location

Lovely hotel in the older part of Las Palmas. Room was midern and clean. Hotel staff excellent. Surrounding area had plenty of really good restaurants to chosse from. Bar on the roof of hotel was good and reasonably priced. Gad a great four days.

This hotel is on a pedestrian street so our cab dropped us a couple blocks away, but helpful locals directed us to the hotel entrance. We arrived early in the day but we're able to check-in and store our bags. The hotel staff is friendly and extremely helpful. When our rooms were ready we received a text. The hotel is within walking distance of many historical sites and numerous restaurant choices. I recommend this hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff, lots of choice for breakfast, room had everything we needed and there’s a great roof top bar.

Wonderful hotel location, with impeccable check in and initial welcome from desk staff. Elevator convenient and the roof bar was an enjoyable end to a day. We didn’t use the pool, it was too involved in the bar drinkers and blended into bar area as a water feature than for real use. Cleanliness beyond the daily room servicing needs to be addressed throughout the property including stairwells and common areas. The decor in the rooms needs refreshing. Wallpapered bathrooms was always going to be a design faux pas, especially in a frequently used hotel property with internal bathrooms and ventilation, but the wallpaper in bedrooms is peeling from the walls also. It isn’t nice to find dirt in with the teaspoons, nor the volume of dust and debris under the bed. Other guests toothpaste and shampoo on walls is not acceptable for a hotel offering at this level. There was definitely room for improvement here. Unfortunately there was an incessant beeping from outside our room heard from the window are to internal courtyard garden. It was like a control panel fault alarm and as a result we had no sleep. We purchased earplugs on day 2 which resolved the issue for us but we wouldn’t stay here again without issues being addressed. Excellent location but there are other hotels locally that may offer a slicker service and better nights sleep. Should also mention that the drink staff member in the hotel bar dripped red wine all over my trouser and jumper - 30€ cleaning bill.

Great room, people and location

Lovely hotel with a roof top pool and bar. Great location for exploring Las Palmas.

Reception staff always very friendly and helpful. We were grateful for the rooftop seating, as the room was very dark and gloomy.

Nice hotel in a quiet spot

We recently enjoyed a wonderful 5-day stay at Boutique Hotel Cordial La Peregrina and couldn't be happier with our experience. The staff are exceptionally friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a smooth stay. Upon arrival, we encountered a mixed booking issue and were missing one night, but the team handled everything seamlessly. To our delight, they even arranged for us to stay in the same room as last time, which made us feel right at home. A special thank you to Ovidia, who went out of her way to assist us in securing a doctor's appointment for my mum—her kindness and efficiency were truly appreciated. Roberto and Alexander were, as always, incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming, making our stay all the more enjoyable. To top it all there is a super nice rooftop bar Rocktop at the hotel with an amazing atmo and attentive staff. This hotel is not only beautiful and well-maintained but also staffed with some of the kindest people we've met. We highly recommend Boutique Hotel Cordial La Peregrina and look forward to returning again soon.

Hotel is very central to the old towns and historical buildings and was close to a shopping street and many bars and restaurants. The room had a contemporary look and all the facilities you would need. Staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the roof terrace bar and breakfast. Would throughly recommend.

Great location and spotlessly clean hotel

A gorgeous property with great staff, a lovely breakfast, pool is very small, the worst thing about the stay was the noise outside your room from 9-1 on out last night screaming drunk people until 5am the worst part is the windows are awful and don’t cut any noise out we thought they were open on our first night. They are heavy double glazed window but don’t seal so don’t cut any noise what so ever out. We were in room 202

Great comfortable sun beds. Easy to explore vegueta. Would have been useful to know how the air con worked and that the same control panel shows state of room eg do not disturb or please clean

It was fantastic stay throughout. Super kind staff that took extremely good care of us. Expecially Roberto and Alexander whom sorted out keeping an item i forgot at the hotel back in February and arranging us to stay at the same room as then. But the warmth of the happy smile and and great hospitality delivered by Ovidia at the front desk was exceptional. Great rooftop bar the Rocktop at the hotel was a very nice place to visit. Hotel bonito aunque con señales de la edad. Desayuno suficiente. Coincidimos con una boda y tuvimos un escándalo sobre la cabeza hasta las dos de la mañana, totalmente inaceptable, aunque el staff trató de compensarlo no hubo forma. El staff en general lo mejor del hotel, siempre atentos y profesionales, muy destacables.

The hotel was beautiful, very clean and great eco friendly bathroom products. Hand soap/ shower gel was very high quality, similar to L'Occitane products. Staff were amazing, so helpful and gave us great info for traditional restaurants and places to visit. We had a fun, full packed three day's, and really enjoyed drinks on an evening on the roof terrace. Can’t rate this hotel and staff high enough. Thank you for our wonderful city break.
