Casa Miraflores

Check-in was smooth, property was extremely clean and the rooms were spacious. The only downfall was the noise from outside. We spent two nights with no sleep at all. This could be partially avoided if the main window had shutters- there was so much noise and it wasn't even the weekend. As with other reviews, we could see the silhouette of others in the next room when showering. Not sure why the division cannot be tiled to avoid this. Lots of pluses, but the two points above will not make me want to return.

The room was adequate for our needs. Very clean and tidy with a comfortable bed (pillows a bit big and firm) and superb air con. Our room faced the inner courtyard and was wonderfully quiet despite being only a few steps away from the busiest part of the city. The communal kitchen was huge and very well equipped. The decor and condition was really nice. The only minor downside was the check in procedure, as there is no reception or keybox. You have to make an appointment and ring staff when you arrive. Sadly the phone signal is terrible in that part of town. However, once contacted, the staff arrived very quickly and were helpful and friendly. I would 100% recommend it as a place to stay

Good location , Comfortable bed , spacious room. Excellent checking in arrangements and good communication throughout stay. We couldn’t sleep at night from outside noise from bars then cleaning vehicles and then delivery vehicles. The people in the next room could be heard and seen ! through the shower dividing screen so the shower room had no privacy. Would stay again but not in this room.

Charming and small, quiet, in the middle of the city. Easy to get to all dining and shopping options. Safe and secure. Staff was very accommodating! Highly recommend.

A small issue with codes for entry which was resolved very quickly and efficiently. The apartment was really spacious and spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend and we plan to book again. Very effective air conditioning and the apartment was right in the middle of the restaurant district. Perfect for a couple.

From the arrival where our taxi dropped us we walk 2 minutes to the apartment door surrounded outside by cute restaurants. We were welcome by a friendly face that made our stay lovely and unforgettable.

Unfortunately, our room was facing the main strip where all the bars and restaurants are and it was very noisy. We all had earplugs but still, we were woken up by groups of people shouting and singing etc. We didnt sleep much the whole stay 😕 Our room only got cleaned once per our 4 night stay which wasnt the best as we we were 4 girls (one bathroom) would definitely liked new set of towels. Bathroom didnt have a fan so ceiling was quite mouldy. Property is quite large once inside, kitchen is functional and water/tea/coffees were much appreciated. Beds were comfortable, but noise was unbearable. Ask for the room not facing the restaurants and hopefully it will be more quiet.

A lovely little place, very peaceful and pretty. Just right for our needs. A bedroom mirror would have helped and UK news on TV

Bang in the middle of the old town near the cathedral, so an excellent location for the standard tourist itinerary. There's no reception as such (you have to telephone on arrival and punch in with a door code), no breakfast (there's a self-catering kitchen with free coffee though), and no servicing of the room unless you request it (I was only there for a couple of nights so I didn't try), but it's surprisingly quiet (my room overlooked the courtyard), and nicely equipped (aircon, nice shower, comfortable bed, good lighting, big TV etc). So convenient you can nip back to use the loo or have a coffee during the day. The only downside was the online checkin process which didn't work on my device (caused a bit of angst, but everything was OK in the end) and the 'lobby' area which although it looks nice in the pictures also doubles as the cleaners' storage area so isn't that attractive in practise. Never mind that, though, this is a great little place in a brilliant position and I highly recommend it.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day stay at Casa Miaflores. The room was spotless as was the rest of the property. The location was perfect for endless dining options, shopping and sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again. 10/10 recommend!

Would defo recommend staying here! Apartment was lovely and so central! Could be noisy but to be expected where it was located. I would definitely stay here again next time I stay in Malaga

Great location in heart of old city. Very cozy interior. Room and bathroom hasn’t enough lights. Towels wasn’t changed for 3 nights. The kitchen hasn’t a jar, but has a coffee machine.

Lovely little place in the middle of the city right in the heart of everything. Place also has a shared kitchen with coffee making facilities which are free to use. They just ask that you wash what you use i.e cups/spoons.

Great location, very handy, comfortable and clean

I struggled with writing this review. The staff was great and it was very clean. We rented two rooms for two couples. Both had the bottom bed sheet not fit properly and it came off the mattress many times each night. The one room had their bathroom wall shared with another bathroom. There were gaps in the wall where you can see light through. We could hear EVERY noise from the ripping of toilet paper to…you get the idea. It’s not a quiet place as all doors entering the building through the common court yard slam shut.

Excellent location and facilities. The bed was really comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
