The photos were deceiving the hotel is very old and run down and some parts looked like its under repair but it was just a hole in the ceiling with all the pipes exposed The bed had 4 wheels and it kept moving around the room i rolled on it or even sit on it There’s no carpet and cold stone on the floor of the rooms it seemed clean but very run down Staff were lovely. But i do not consider this room as a four star hotel.

I don’t think this hotel lives up to the standard of 4 stars as shown at their door, especially during my time of stay when they were having renovation going on, which caused serious issues that I don’t think they handled properly - for example, the elevator was broken, you don’t know which floor you were at unless you open the door to look, every time when you were in there the noise and the sharp move made you feel scared, and even worse, there was no clear sign to indicate which button was for opening the door or stopping the door closing, as when you try to put your hand between the door and the frame, the door wouldn’t stop closing so you run the risk of hurting yourself… but I have to say the staff was nice and helpful and I hope the problem was just temporary.

The location is not bad. The hotel is very old and run down. Rooms are not very clean and the bathroom full of Mold around the bath tub. Felt very uncomfortable using the bathroom. Also rooms have smoke smell. We had to change rooms as the first one was full of cigarette smell
