Wonderful place to sleep while walking the Camino. We have 3 to a room and there were 3 twin beds with a private bathroom. Close walking distance to the Cathedral.

A very nice hotel - centrally located and very convenient. An easy walk from the bus station in Burgos. We didn't have the breakfast, but it looked very good. Quiet and comfortable. No problems at all with our stay.

Simple quiet hotel, generally friendly staff. Very good location and breakfast. The only problem - parking or rather payment for it. The hotel offers to buy electronic vouchers to pay for the nearby parking, then these vouchers worked only partially and you should add money out of pocket. I bought 2 vouchers for two nights and ended adding another 19 Euro from the credit card - otherwise we couldn't leave the parking. It took an hour of argument with the parking staff and the hotel receptionist to get a refund. Each one of them stated that it was another establishment problem. Spoiled all experience.

If you like old style hotels with noisy and inefficient air conditioning switched of at 9:00 AM, early check out (you must be out at 11:00 AM), small rooms and internet low speed, this is a good one. Breakfast & staff are nice.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable although it had poor views and was overlooked by taller buildings. But the hotel is well located in the centre of town. Vehicle access limited and parking a 10 minute walk away and expensive. Good reception and in good condition for an old city centre hotel

Older hotel in a great location. The desk staff is friendly and very accommodating. Parking is discounted at a very close underground parking. There have been some updates—bathrooms and newer flooring. The bedroom furniture is in good condition and typical of the area. The breakfast is self-serve and adequate. It is a great spot for someone who wants to be within a few minutes of the main area for eating, walking, visiting the cathedral, shopping and people watching!

Hotel is very convenient, close to restaurants and tourist venues. The main complaint would be that the air conditioning is turned off at 9 am every day and not put back on until 1 pm. As most restaurants do not open until after 8.30 pm you seldom get home before 11-11.30, so being up and about by 9 am is not always possible. Also, the beds are quite hard and the towels are getting very thin. The shower is over the bath and the shower screen it not wide enough so the water floods onto the floors.
