I didn’t review service as didn’t need or get. Great location and staff where I booked in where wonderful not sure if it’s worth checking in one location and going to another it’s basically an apartment rental not hotel. But for myself it was a great location and enjoyed it.

The air conditioner was not working and the apartment smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The floors were visibly dirty and the shower was dirty.

As the heading really, a lovely apartment and well equipped. The location for the metro and train station is excellent. The problem was although the street is easy to find the apartment block is not! A sign outside or even a street number would help. Otherwise we would certainly stay here again.

El apartamento era confortable y muy buena ubicación. Lo lamentable fue el servicio de limpieza, la falta de supervisión antes de entregar el departamento ya que encontramos el balcón sucio con una montaña de colillas de cigarrilos, las 3 cortinas rotas, que fueron luego reemplazadas, la tapa del inodoro suelta, la mampara del baño fuera del riel como así también una hoja de la puerta corrediza de la habitación. Nos dejaron en el baño un jabón minúsculo y un shampoo para un lavado, siendo nuestra estadía de tres días.Pero antes de ingresar te piden la tarjeta de crédito para en caso de no entregar correctamente el departamento te descuentan 50 euros.

Aspetti positivi: vicinanza alla stazione della metro, degli autobus per le principali attrazioni, al mercato centrale; appartamento appena ristrutturato ed arredato con gusto, di ampie dimensioni.
Aspetti negativi: la camera sul fronte è parecchio rumorosa (in generale il centro di Valencia è molto rumoroso in quella zona); le camere sul retro sono più silenziose, ma la finestra si affaccia su un cavedio che puzza di fogna ed è meglio non aprire; questo non è un problema nelle stagioni non troppo calde, perchè l'appartamento è comunque fresco. La cucina dista circa 20 m dal tavolo da pranzo.
Per soggiorni brevi dove si mangia spesso fuori, direi che è comunque una buona soluzione; noi in tre ci siamo trovati bene. Le chiavi si ritirano comodamente nell'ufficio a pochi minuti dall'appartamento anche prima delle 16; noi ci siamo andati direttamente appena scesi dalla metro.

Prachtig modern ingericht appartement in oud pand midden in het centrum. Prettige sfeer.
Van alle gemakken voorzien, magnetron (helaas geen ovencombi), wasmachine en afwasmachine (beetje overbodig als je kort verblijft).
