The whole place looks different than the pics, if i had known I wouldn’t be booking there

Although the apartment was nice, it was not the apartment shown in the picture on 2 levels which we were expecting, it was much smaller than I expected.

Clean big rooms, good bathroom. Good location as well to restaurants and subway. Will book again.

AWESOME location. We had plenty of room for our family of 4. Loved the apartment that we got on the 5th floor facing the church and school. We would hear the bells ring a few times during the day, very cool. Quiet street and great shops for food and dining. Would totally book this location again!

After following their instructions and advising the hotel we would be arriving late, they still failed not provide the promised shuttle transfer from their central reception to the apartment. After making our own way and working out the confusing electronic locks, we found the apartment was missing several items we expected in a serviced apartment including • No washing powder for use in the washing machine • No drying line to hang clothes after washing • No kettle • No spare blanket for cool nights • No shampoo or conditioner • No hair dryer • The safe was locked open After working out the confusing phone system we contacting the reception who promised immediate attention. Two hours and several follow up phone calls later a very angry housekeeper burst into our apartment and, despite not speaking English, made it clear all we were getting was an old and dirty hair dryer. Nothing else that we asked for. As a result the rest of our stay was marked with washing draped over every piece of furniture to try to get it dried before our departure. Simply not good enough for what was a fairly expensive apartment.

Amazing apartment in a great part of town. Close to the Red metro line so its easy to get around. Safe neighborhood and a lot of local restaurants around that are not tourist traps. Check in could be better. Apartment was not ready by 3pm but only took a couple of minutes to get it done. The shuttle is a must since you have to pick up the keys at a different location.

Check in is in a completely different area which was annoying. The apartment itself was nice and comfortable and in a good location though.

Everything was great except after 10:30pm water was super cold. Could not shower!

A nice apartment that was very central. Our ground floor apartment suffered a lot of noise from people entering and leaving the building along with the noisy use and banging of the vending machine to retrieve goods. Security entrance to the building was a little poor too. The apartment itself was clean enough although we did spot dried blood on the quilt of the sofa bed. The location is very central and makes getting around easy

The checking process was extremely unclear. It would have been better to notify of its peculiarities via the confirmation email.

I have been booking hotels for years. Be careful, this is not a hotel, it is an apartment style accommodation. There is no reception, you need to go to another location around 10 from the Cosmo's apartment to pick your keys and sign up paper work. While the accommodations are incredible, make sure you read careful and communicate logistics ahead of time.

Our apartment was on the 5th floor with a decent view of over the buildings opposite. The apartment was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. You need to pick up the room keys from a different location, but they offer a free transfer service. Would stay here again.

Great apartment. Fittings were a little tired but overall a great place

barcelona is a great city. we enjoyed there as family. I did not like the idea that there was no reception on site while it was advertised as 24 hr reception which was in a n office two miles away in central area with no parking facility. Information on site can be more clear. Since there was no reception, people arriving are stranded and press any number on the door to get a response which can be very disurbing . We were disturbed by door bells for this on couple of occasions . The key card did not always work. Out of family of five only one of us could manage to open the door successfully with consistency. and other residents confirmed same issue. Parking was advertised being available but what it means that use public parking. We used a multistorey car park which was approx 25 Euro per night but was safe and secure. Positive aspects were central location, excellent apartment with all the facilities for a family living.The staff was available on the phone , once we had a black out , they send electrician with an hr or so. I suppose now a days everyone has a mobile , in case one does not have calling credit , it may be very difficult to get in touch with Reception. Cosmo should consider some mechanism to address this issue.

There is absolutely no management control over the after hour noise made by their guests. On several occasions the guests of two apartments had parties with their apartment's doors open. Loud music, yelling , drunk people......... When trying to seek help, I was told to contact the manager on duty the next morning!!

The office was actually over a Mike from the apartment thus making check in and baggage storage inconvenient. In addition the key cards didn't work necessitating another cab ride back to the office and then back to the apartment. The office staff seemed too busy to help us. It was a horrible experience

Great place for a family

appargement bien situé et plutôt sympa même si un peu petit. par contre, douche qui déborde et innonde la salle de bain et jusqu’au salon.

Ruim appartement met 2 badkamers. Luxe keuken met vaatwasser en zelfs een wasmachine. De bedden waren erg goed . Centraal gelegen vlakbij de metro. Een rustig appartementen-complex
