The only thing I would suggest is having hard copy maps of AIRPORT bus stops for guests. The signage on the bus stops is useless and google maps, city mapper and Apple Maps are completely wrong.

A fantastic place to stay. Close to everything and very modern with good facilities. Dont be put off by the outside, the rooms are very modern, the area with free coffee machine and dishes was great. Ricardo was amazing, giving us lots of great information and advice

The building's exterior as a whole looks rundown. Scary looking guys hanging out around the property. Even the lobby on the ground floor can use some maintenance. Dried potted plants still sit around. Perhaps, the ext. maint. is not the responsibility of C Enea Rooms. The property itself is clean & neat in contrast to the general appearance of the Atocha Tower. Location is unbeatable, the train/bus station is just next door. La Concha Beach, Aquarium & other points of interest are all within walking distance. Gotta mention Onix who was so nice to deal with. She's very friendly & helpful. Thanks so much!! Rooms are spacious & in good shape. Bathrooms are clean & quite big.

This hostel is on the second floor of a big, 10 story building that looks semi-occupied, almost abandoned. It is next to the train station in a neighborhood full of people hanging out, making noises, with loud music which makes it kind of sketchy. Police patrol cars are usually there "interacting" with the trouble makers. Being a hostel, the common are can be noisy, (teen agers preparing their meals at 1 or 2 in the morning). Now the good: the coffee machine is great, the rooms are clean and good size, and the price was excellent.

The room was clean and comfortable, and even though they don't have a traditional reception staff, they're very responsive to any questions or concerns. The check-in and check-out process was painless. The place is about twenty-minute walk to the old town.

It felt like a dormitory. The room was very clean but it wasn’t comfortable. The concrete floors and lack of closet space didn’t help. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The coffee machine was appreciated. The location is on the “other” side of the river. I had trouble locating it. For the price, I would look elsewhere.

Perfect for what we needed for a (cheapish) weekend in San Sebastian. Good location close to the train/bus station for travel to Bilbao airport and an easy walk along the river into the old town or Gros Communal area a real bonus for us as we could leave our son sleeping in the room in the evening and be just outside. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Surprisingly quiet considering location. Responses via WhatsApp from the hotel was quick and online check-in process was easy and efficient. Happy to recommend.

Rooms very small. Not enough closet space, no drawers. Windows faced an open walkway. Bathroom small. Building looked rundown & not safe. From train station had to drag our luggage over a bridge, take elevator up & down and across to get to the hotel.

The property is just minutes away from the train/bus station. I was given self- check-in codes the night before (I don't have cell service, so wifi is critical). Free coffee, quiet room, good bed, and great towels. I would certainly return

Very nice. Clean, efficient, had all the amenities we needed. Loved having the communal kitchen area so that we could prepare our own dinner as we were tired of eating out. TV has ability to watch Netflix, Hulu and other foreign stations (important for my kid). Check in and check out also super smooth. Would highly recommend!
