Very nice clean apartment. Love having a washer handy.

The apartment is in a great location, and a safe place also, to a walkable distance of the city center. The walls need painting but it was very clean. Also I suggest better instructions to reach the area by car (no taxi)

Laundry worked well. Ceiling leaked when it rained. Noisy. No view. Key system did not work properly.

Great location to everything we wanted to see and do, but the apartment itself is in need of some maintenance and decorating. Everything is falling apart.

The apartment was okay, and the staff were nice. I didn't like the electronic key that required access from your phone every time you opened or closed the door. All the windows were tinted, so I had no view of the outside unless I opened the window. The apartment is situated on the sidewalk, which is very busy. The bars on the window made me feel as if I were in prison. The noise was constant, and I never got a good night's sleep because of it. I do not recommend this apartment.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable apartment in excellent condition and superb location. Very grateful, would recommend to friends and stay again.

Perfect location!!! We were in Valencia for 2 nights doing straight tourist things and Downtown 13 was perfect, huge room, comfortable bed and absolute ideal location to walk to all the things, it worked beauty for us. Greatly appreciate the office holding bags and the ease of check in, check out. There was noise from the street, especially Saturday night, but that is what we were there for so didn’t bother us! Highly recommend!

Was Wonderful n within walking distance to everything n its security

The room was nice and comfortable but the WIFI did not work well - many times not at all - and I was not able to get my work done there. I picked the room because it seemed like it would be a good place to stay and get caught up on work at night. But that was not the case. I complained about the WIFI two times and the importance for me in getting my work done but they never responded or did anything to make it better.

The apartment itself is in a great neighborhood. Easily walkable to many areas. It was fairly clean inside, although the hallways and elevator regularly smelled like rotting garbage. We were really disappointed in the communications, however. I messaged both through Expedia and through the WhatsApp they sent to communicate with. I asked if it was going to be an issue getting a taxi at 3am for the airport. I messaged them four days before the end of our trip - and never heard back. When we stopped by their office to speak to someone, I was told to WhatsApp them. I confirmed that I had - and he said he would message us about the taxi the next day. The day before we left we still didn’t receive any communication from them, so we ended up checking out early in order to find a hotel closer to the airport. We travel often and are fairly forgiving when it comes to accomodations, but unfortunately this place had a few issues that we weren’t as comfortable with.

Often AirB&B have Ikea furniture which are quite comfortable. While this place was not an AirB&B, but a 'hotel', i would have expected at least Ikea comfort level (bed, seats, sofa). Sad surprise. A couple of coffee capsules to get started would have been welcome too.

Firstly, the communication was not via expedia intially. This is an issue as i was asked to upload sensitive details from an initial communication on whatsapp with no sign of invoice or booking number. Please make sure that your initial contact is via Expedia or I will not answer - it is too much of a security risk. Secondly - there was no communication with regards to the electrical system. The whole power shorted out at 12am at night, and we didnt know why. Thank goodness the accomodation managers were able to let me know how to fix it, but if we had known, we would have avoided this issue. Thirdly - the hot water is limited. Dont take three showers in a row, unless you are in there for a short time only. Fourthly- the jettle needs descaling. It is caked up inside, and could be cleaned. Good points: has a clean washing machine. Also, the dryer is not an electrical dryer - it is a drying rack and should be specified as such.

Simple accommodations in a great location. We loved being so close to the Valencia Silk Exchange and the cathedral. Valencia is a wonderful city and we look forward to visiting again. The apartment was comfortable, and we were glad to be able to wash our clothes! The staff was very helpful and brought over a laundry detergent pod so we didn't have to go out and buy a whole lot more than we needed.

Unit was nice and roomy Old looking but very functional Staff was very helpful.

The accommodation were clean and comfortable. The young name that we met at office to get info to get into room was very help. Walked us over and helped us set the spot to open door. He was very patient with us older non technical adults. I looked myself out and was able to get immediate assistance to get back into my room. I highly recommend for anyone visiting Valencia Every close to so many sites

The staff was fine trying to get us in our apartment. Lena sent an email through Expedia to me about check-in instructions. I never got it, but she did show me where she sent it. It wasn’t her caught. We were on the ground floor, with our windows at the sidewalk and street. It was the noisiest 2 nights we ever had. We were up almost all night both nights because of noise. It was extremely loud. The room was fine, clean and plenty of space. There is no dryer for clothes, just a washer, so we had to leave with damp clothes. This is just what we went through. València as a whole was nice, though.

A few items in the advertising were not present. Windows did not close entirely as screws were missing. But a fine stay at a good price. Only AC was in living room so bedroom was stuffy.

It is my understanding that this company manages sevral properties. The room we received is grossly misrepresented by the pictures shown, i believe there was one picture hidden in the back of there 40plus picture album. Im sure most of there rooms are up to scratch but this one is not. Had dark and barred up windows on the street level, very dirty veiw is of graffiti. Soundproofing advertisited was sub-standard if not an outright lie. The widow frames are very old and wooden and have gaps you could pass notes through when close to people walking by outside. Road is shared with bars and restaurants so noise kept us up til 2 when they shut. Also advertisited queen size bed which was not the case bed was a double at best. The furnishings where made up of the family hand me downs that kids would get for there first flat. Dented and rusting fridge, table with more chips than paint, toaster that is partially melted and crushed lampshades to complete the look. Room was a complete baot and switch while to have a good rating the majority of there rooms must be fine but be aware that you a rolling the dice booking at this location and we also booked months in advance. You can not convince me that they are aware of exactly what they are doing when lumping this room in with the rest of there stock.
