Fantastic!!!!

Everything was great. But the brunch was disappointing. Not clean, food fallen out of the serving plates, and really not good food. Very disappointed with that but everything else was good with the hotel

Shower had mold and needed a deep clean. Also could not turn out lights in bathroom as switch did not work. Otherwise great large room with lots of places to put luggage.

Nice modern convenient hotel however restaurant and bar lacked atmosphere therefore very quite .

Did not have water for two days. Phone in the room wasn’t working!

Nice room but the hotel needs more upkeep.

Love staying here but your cost keeps increasing which makes it just like all the other hotels in Seville. Don't shoot yourself in the foot by being too greedy.

Fancy hotel. Feels luxurious and the view from the bar at 37th floor is surreal.

State of the art

I wouldn’t class this as a 5* hotel. It’s very basic and the amenities were not topped up daily. The spa is with a charge which isn’t what you’d expect from a 5* hotel and the steam room was out of use. Overall, not a great hotel and overrated.

Beautiful views.

Hotel was nice however bed was very squeaky, the cleaners didn’t do the best job of cleaning the room and restocking stuff like the tea and coffee. Spa ain’t included in price and for 5* I’d expect access to the pool at a minimum. Overall nice hotel but bit pricy for what you get. But bathroom was nice layout and everything worked along with electric blinds so didn’t have to get out of bed to shut/raise them.

Amazing hotel and staff. Very helpful and kind. Hotel has amazing views and is close enough to the city to walk into town.

Modern hotel in a new area

The property looks nice from outside and the rooftop is pretty. The room is not comfortable at all. There is a big construction pole in front of my bed. I feel stress all the time when we stayed in the room. We suppose to relax in the room during our vacation but not at all. If this is a room upgraded for VIP , how terrible the room is before upgraded. The location of this hotel is away from historic area. Spending 15-20 euro one way by uber to historic area during rush hour. Seville is impressive and we definitely will come back but not staying in this hotel.

Vale el dinero

The location of the property is nice but not when you are a tourist because it is off the Historical area. The parking for the hotel has no sign as to where the hotel parking is, so I ended up parking in the parking area of the mall. You cannot drive to the driveway of the hotel where you normally leave your car for few minutes until you check in. The driveway was blocked with a large flower pot. So, I have to drive around the entire area and ended up in the mall parking. The entrance of the lobby is hard to find as there was no sign. So, I have to walked around the uncovered mall in the heavy rain soaked and wet looking for the entrance and I ended up entering 3 sliding door before I get to the right one. The room is modern, nice and clean. The elevator is impressive and secured. My dilemma is when I checked out, I cannot use the elevator anymore as I was going to the basement parking. I ask the other guest who is on the elevator to press the parking for me but it took me to the 34th floor. So, obviously a guest from the 34th floor had press the button. When I get to the 34th floor, I ask again someone to use their card and press the parking for me, it took me only to the first floor. It happened 2 rounds. I was getting tired and going up and down to the 34th floor. I finally went back to the reception and ask the lady to take me to the parking because I am getting tired, all I want is to go to the parking and get into my car.
