Nice clean room, nice balcony, but not the best view. The pool area was very nice with great views over the promenade and sea. However, the pool area space was quite tight with some days without any spare loungers. Staff were very friendly and courteous.

Very disappointing and absolutely not worth the money. The hotel is currently a construction site, which was never mentioned when we booked. There are building materials, tools, paint, plaster and dust everywhere, making the place feel unsafe and dirty. Large areas are unfinished, noisy and completely unlike the photos online. Our room itself was not ready for guests. The air-conditioning wasn’t even connected, the door seal was coming off, and the general cleanliness was poor. It’s clear they are still working on the rooms, yet they continue to charge full price. We booked this trip for our anniversary and informed the hotel in advance, hoping for a small gesture. Instead, the staff were rude, dismissive and not helpful at all. They refused to provide anything for the occasion, despite flyers in the room advertising that they offer cakes for special events. For the price paid, this stay was extremely disappointing. The overall conditions are unsafe, unfinished and far below a four-star standard. I would not recommend staying here.

Great location, lovely staff who were really helpful. Pool area and public areas were beautiful, our room location wasn't the best, we had a 1 bedroom apartment, the bedroom had a little balcony and then you had a main balcony off the living room, our little balcony however was sort of inside and next to their office, so it seemed a little silly being there as we wouldn't use it 😂 but other rooms you could see their small balcony was outside, that was the only small downside - the location of the room. However the way our main balcony faced was great as from midday onwards we had the sun until it went down which was nice. Another small thing was the plumbing smell, occasionally the drains etc. were a bit stinky but not terrible. Breakfast had good options, the fresh juices weren't the best, that was the only let down. Being October it was relatively quiet and the pool wasn't too busy. All staff we came across were really lovely and really helpful and we had a lovely time. The views and the sunsets you get are amazing.

The review is difficult as in many ways it's a lovely complex. Pool not big but big enough, not out to early to get sun loungers and Avery on it guard removing towels left for over an hour, it's also close to the beach. But a few things keep it from being 5 star. The cleaners rumbled past our room every morning before 7. It woke us every day. The apartment was v good bar the uncomfortable pillow and the view was just a wall. There is a lovely breakfast area and breakfast offer and bar and then what can only be described as a sad evening entertainment. Why at the busy breakfast they don't advertises a singer for the evening I can't fathom. There was a lovely singer one evening and not a single person watching. We really felt for her. Need to market it. Overall we did like the place and area
